This was a quaint little fishermans cottage in a stunning location. It was peaceful and friendly location, the local bar cooked dinner for us to take away when we arrived as they were closing. Probably one of the best AirBnb we've stayed in. Perfect welcome with a bottle of artisanal vermouth and garden oranges. The apartment is perfect, it feels good everywhere, better than in the photos. Christina is very present when we needed advice, restaurants, where to find very good olive oil, etc... And for golfers it's conveniently located near a beautiful golf course.

Daniel was helpful and helpful at all times. The apartment is as seen in the photos. Autonomous access. All clean and picked up upon arrival. Recommended.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The host was very attentive and gave me excellent recommendations. The place was spotless, with all the amenities I needed: a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. I especially enjoyed the terrace to relax in the afternoons. Karin's house in Gochar is truly a special place. I had hoped to relax, unwind, and fully recharge during my stay, but the place gave me so much more. Not only is the house so lovingly decorated that you immediately feel at home and wish you had thought of all the beautiful details yourself, but the peace and solitude really make you reflective—in the best way possible. It truly feels as though the daily grind vanishes behind the mountains. Karin is not only a fantastic host but also a wonderful neighbor. And for a bit of animal companionship, there are plenty of cats and a few dogs, so you're never truly alone. One recommendation: having a car is definitely an benefit.

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

Great accommodation with everything you need. The beach is beautiful and there are great restaurants in the area. Enjoyed our slide into the New Year.

Our experience was very good, I was very well-equipped, had coffee, tea, spices, napkins, etc. The view is so beautiful. It is true that the neighbors above are heard, but I had already read it in other reviews and it was not a problem for us. Carlos was very accurate with the instructions and everything was great!

Bonjour, We stayed with my husband and 4 kids in this house with a great and large pool. The hosts are smiling and attentive and available for anything. Very beautiful house with everything at your disposal. Really recommend at 100 for 100!! Thank you for everything!

This villa was fantastic, we stayed with 2 familes, 5 adults and 5 children and we had more than enough room. It was clean tidy, the pool was maintained well and clean. The communication between Maria and I was spot on, responding to any questions straight away. Loads of secure parking and the grounds are huge. Short drive to the sea and supermarkets, but still rural enough to be quiet. Only work on points would be more amenities would have been nice. Ie, cleaning products, toilet paper, soap ect. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back! Thank you.

Beautiful apartment, quite new and clean. Location on the outskirts but very quiet. The only thing is that there are some stairs to access. The rest is wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay - the beautiful surroundings of the cortijo and the lovely interior which celebrates the sun when it's warm and is cosy in the evenings. It's a very short walk into the village and Lubrin is the perfect midpoint to drive to lots of fantastic beaches and towns for daytrips. Our dog absolutely loved the setting with plenty of outdoor space for her to run around, and Sam was amazing with communication and recommendations/advice. Thanks for having us Sam!

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We looked through 300 apartments for our road trip through Spain and Sam and Mats's apartment was clearly the outperformer. The house is really well designed. You drive practically directly into it and go from your own parking lot to the elevator. A great apartment, well furnished, in a style that you would also choose yourself. Great location and a view like in the movie. The beds are good, the bathroom just great. Strong water pressure, hot water, all very functional. If you like to cook, you will find everything in the kitchen. Also, all appliances work very well. You can also endure it here for longer. And the terrace is actually indescribable!!

The apartment is great and we were very comfortable. The location is very good to visit the entire area of Cabo de Gata and specifically Las Negras has a very good atmosphere and many options of bars and restaurants. Juan Jose was very attentive and kind and I recommend local restaurants and activities. We'll be back!

It is a mountain hideaway just 20 minutes from the sea. A beautiful house, where you can rest, disconnect and charge batteries. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage on top of a hill. A great perspective of the surrounding mountains. Particularly impressive views in the evening from the deck. The cottage is probably quite new. It has excellent equipment and is characterized by impeccable cleanliness. Slightly lower is a small host farm. In addition, the well-behaved dogs my b***h liked. She wasn't just willing to share her food. In the evening and early in the morning you could watch the wild rabbits jumping nearby. It is very close to the town by road through the riverbed of a dried up river. Shops, bars, and restaurants in the town. As their main clients are locals, the prices are not excessive and the atmosphere is very friendly. The only drawback I've found is relatively small opportunities for hiking. If you want to get to know the area, you'll need to get into the car.

Had one of the better holidays partly thanks to the stay, quiet, child-friendly, gained more than we expected with seeing the photos. TOP LOCATION

IGNORE ANY BAD REVIEWS! Absolutely beautiful. The small detached house we stayed in on the farm was immaculate, traditional and truly stunning, surrounded by picturesque countryside, fresh Aloe Vera and even pomegranate trees. Lola’s daughter Candella went above and beyond from checking in to checking out. Honestly the best customer service you’ll ever experience. Words cannot describe this perfect place. Thank you for having us and our dog, we 10000% will be back again!

It's been great spending a few days in Stefan's cottage! The location is amazing and the house is very tastefully made and has everything we needed! Quick and perfect communication and resolved all of our questions. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days away from civilization and enjoying a view and a magical environment!!! 👍🏻😁☀️

The stay was fabulous. Starting with the attention of Yolanda and Paqui. We were warmly welcomed and explained everything about the house and the area very in detail. The house is very ample and is very well equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, it has bed linen and bathroom. The air conditioning works great. They also make at your disposal beach items such as chairs or umbrellas in case you need. We found everything very clean and clean. We will definitely repeat on our next visit to Carboneras. 100% recommended

Due to problems with the rental car, I arrived significantly late. Nevertheless, I was warmly welcomed. The documents provided by Adrian in advance described everything very well, so I could easily find my way around. Although I was almost alone in the complex due to the season, I felt very comfortable there and was able to enjoy the sun on the terrace even in November!
