Great location. Only about a 6-10 minute drive to manasota beach. We also like to go to nokomis beach and Venice beach. Close to a lot of great restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. House was as described and clean. The kitchen/dining and living room area were pretty spacious. Paul was always extremely quick at responding to any questions I had.

Fabulous place to stay. Quiet and yet very walkable location. Short drive to beaches and provided beach equipment. Definitely coming back next year 😁

WOW! What an amazing stay. We did a longer term rental at Amy's space and our time there was fantastic. The condo is newly remodeled, has beautiful natural light, and is equipped with everything you need. The location could not be better. You are a short walk to the beach and the pool area overlooks the ocean. Amy was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. This is the perfect beach getaway. 12 out of 10 stars!
