Monthly Rentals in Venice Beach

This was the 3rd year in a row that we stayed here for a full month. The condo was immaculate and both kitchen and bathroom are updated and very well maintained. The new linens and sleep number bed were very comfortable for sleeping. The condo looks exactly like the photos and Rick is a great host. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and sunsets can be spectacular. We had colder temperatures this year and the building had some construction noises weekdays 8 to 4. The new roof is finished and should be good for years to come. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much.

This was perfect for my husband and I for two weeks. Both my brothers stayed two nights as well. New grill , the place had everything but a vegetable peeler. It really was in a great location. Plenty of markets, shops and restaurants in area. Just was great.

We had a wonderful stay with our young child at Julie's place. The condo was very comfortable and updated, easy to access, and with absolutely incredible views. We could see the sunset right over the ocean every night (it only rained a couple of days our entire stay), could walk to the beach in 3 minutes, enjoyed the pool, and could get to restaurants with a 5 minute drive. The community is gorgeous and very well maintained, also very private. We will definitely look to come back again!
