Loft vacation rentals in Venezia

A beautiful and very unique apartment in a fantastic spot! Just 10 minutes from the main section of Venice and 3 minutes from the water taxi drop-off, which was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive, and everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

A very warm and welcoming host. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's stay, with a small convenience store and a bus stop a short walk away. 10 minutes by bus from the dock, going to Venice is very simple.

Lovely place, quite area, and really close to the biennial - 8/10 minutes to Arsenale, 3/5 minutes to Gardini. the fairy is also 3/5 minutes away and working till night. the hosts were great and really helpful. we would like to come back.

The apartment is perfect, by location, communication, rooms and kitchenware. The area is quiet, safe and 10 minutes away from the main tourist spots of Venice. The apartment counts is perfect for those who want to move quietly around the city, save on meals, as there is a kitchen with everything you need, but also with 2 very close supermarkets. But if you want to eat out, you're close to affordable cafes and restaurants. Giorgio and Gabriella are aware of everything and have taken care of the accommodation in detail, thinking about everything a tourist may need. From the airport it is perfect to arrive, as the apeadero is a 7-minute walk away. Giorgio came to us and gave us all the necessary directions. Everything is very easy and reliable. We recommend it 100%. Hopefully we can go back to Venice and repeat with them.

Great location. Make sure you follow Carlotta’s directions, they are clear but getting around Venice can be a challenge. Great balcony overlooking st Marc’s at sunrise.

A beautiful, stylish spacious and quiet apartment right in the middle and central in San Marco. So we were able to go home to rest during the day. It was helpful that we had two keys. Communication was easy and direct, but we didn't see each other in person. We were allowed to check out a little later by arrangement, which helped us a lot. Thank you! Highly recommended. And: Venedi is surreal beautiful!

Brunilda’s was located perfectly between a private area, a convenient bus stop, and the city center. Her home was filled with amenities, spacious, and very clean. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the decor and small touches in the home. I would highly recommend this home.

Very nice Apartment, situated at the end of an alley so very quiet. Still very well connected as the next Vaporetto Station is five minutes away. Very uncomplicated check-in an communication!

This is my second time staying at this property and again I know I'll be able to choose it again! Great location, very clean and tidy and the host is always very helpful and attentive to any possible request. I hope every time I come back, I'll find it available because I think it's the best value for money in the center of Treviso!

Beautiful location on the water, very spacious and comfortable. A bit quieter neighborhood than the main areas and it’s nice to escape the busy parts!

It was a pleasure living in David and Lilia's space. There was a completely equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, everything that could be needed for cleaning and laundry. Kitchen and bathroom equipment, lighting, beds — everything was high class, and the overall design of the aparment is very carefully thought. Also there was gas heating on both floors and gas heated hot water so this place was great for a winter vacation (we arrived in the beginning of January). The district itself was quiet and not so filled with tourists, so we preferred it to more central locations, still there were some nice restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes of walk. David and Lilia are friendly hosts and it was a pleasure communicating with them, they were ready to answer all our questions.

Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

We've been at home. The apartment has everything you need and more to feel comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, out of Venice traffic, but only 15 minutes from the Ponte dell 'Accademia. It has a supermarket right next door. Jyoti was a great host, very responsive and kind to us.
