Beachfront vacation rentals in Venezia

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

For us as a family with a toddler, the apartment was perfect. The private beach area was also very great.

Had a really great stay! We loved the neighbourhood - felt very local and peaceful. Close to Arsenale/Biennale. The apartment was very spacious. Note that one of the bedrooms is very small with half height ceiling. Bathrooms were good. Living room was huge. Right on a canal. Very easy to self-check in which was ideal with a late arrival and late checkout. Hosts were very flexible and accommodating. We had a great stay and I highly recommend!

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. The apartment is really good value clean, comfortable, suitable for families with childrens.. The owner is very friendly and answered any questions immediately. Nice location: it's only 5 min to reach the beach; for visiting Burano, Lido or Venice - near appartments is a bus station that goes directly to the port Punta Sabioni. No complaints about the property, only the best reccomendations from us!

A real surprise! The apartment is small and a little dated but nothing is missing and is really nice and well-kept. Andrea and Giulia have accommodated all our family needs with small children with great availability and courtesy. Upon our arrival we found the beds ready and a small expense for breakfast. Giulia's kindness, friendliness and hospitality remained in our hearts. Very convenient to the beach and close to all amenities! Highly recommended, we hope to be back!

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!

Perfect location, it is very close to everything. ( beach, shops, restaurants, market)

We enjoyed it very much. We visited the pool several times a day. In the complex, there is a nice bar with snacks and cheap drinks. In the nearby Spar market of the campsite we were able to buy everything for everyday needs (including fresh rolls). The sea is a 10-minute walk from here. The beach is not yet overcrowded at this point. There is a stand restaurant, showers and toilets. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. So it was a “digital detox” vacation for us.

Wonderful apartment worth the price I recommend, in person it is more beautiful than I expected, it has a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view, heating, clean, security, lighting, everything at the top

Sara and her husband were super friendly, easy-going, flexible and sociable. Directly good contact, it is possible to reach them at any time. Check-out also possible a little later if there is no direct booking afterwards. The apartment was very clean, in the complex, emphasis is placed on lunch and night rest. The pool is cleaned daily. Pleasantly quiet yet central location. I myself was traveling with crutches. It was OK, but it's on the 2nd floor via stairs. It was too far to the sea with crutches. Otherwise, the specified time of 2 to 5 minutes walking to the sea is correct. There is also a good parking option by the sea in front. Free parking at any time. The property has an underground parking space for the apartment. The area is completely closed. No mosquitoes at the property, as the village is sprayed. All in all, we would love to come back any time. Really very friendly people.

spacious apartment, very clean, very well placed in relation to boat boarding, whether for the Venice maritime terminal or access to Venice. A beautiful view of the lagoon facing Venice, we had a beautiful sunset. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it's nice. 2 spacious bedrooms (with single beds). Small downside, apartment located on the 3rd floor without elevator.

We came to 5 to discover Venice during Carnival and had a wonderful stay with Corrado! The apartment is very nice and spacious, including a large kitchen (perfect if like us, you like to cook) and a very comfortable living room The place is located in a very pretty and very quiet area, ideal for resting after visiting the city. Corrado was very attentive, sending us many recommendations as well as asking us regularly during the stay! He was always very warm and responsive , it was a pleasure communicating with him! Geirgio is a true gentleman, a lovely person always there to help and so charming. T accommodation was perfect. The garden beautiful with fruit trees and flowers.I love Malamocco, you have 5he Lagoon on one side and the Adreatic sea on the other. It's a friendly village with three restraunts, a café a pizza shop and grocery shop two boutique hotels and a chuch. The bus service is exellent and cheap, buses every 10 mins €1. 50. At Elizabeta catch the Vaporetto to St karria Venice 10 mins, not Aliluguna, as it goes every where and takes an hour to Venice. I loved my home from home, and will come to stay at Georgios again and again.

We had fantastic days in Marta's cozy and felt very comfortable! Perfect for families with children and groups of friends, spacious living room, wonderfully equipped kitchen, great balcony overlooking the Hotel Excelsior and very close to the beach. Everything is perfect and very pleasant. We would love to come back any time - thank you, dear Marta and dear Matteo!

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!
