Roger and Margaret’s place is a little haven of peace and tranquility. With the beautiful mountains as a backdrop and Glenbrook village a twenty minute walk away, Glenrose retreat is situated in their lovingly cared for and beautifully manicured garden- the cabin is finished with thoughtful touches to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was blissfully peaceful with sounds of nature to wake up to and no traffic noise. Nicely equipped kitchen with fresh eggs, jams, cereals and even butter in the fridge. Very thoughtful! Roger and Margaret so welcoming and my dog Dudley loved playing in their garden and snoozing on the porch in the sunshine. Recommendations for local eateries were spot on as were the bush walks close by that were dog friendly and fantastic too. Perfect retreat and only an hour from our doorstop. Would highly recommend! We loved it so much! Thank you Roger and Margaret we would love to stay again.

The accommodation was very clean, fresh & comfortable. Michael was very friendly & helpful. He even offered to pick me up with uber to bring me to the Airbnb. The bed was very inviting & comfortable. It was a very short stay but perfect for what I needed

I had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Geoff, the owner, was incredibly sweet and welcoming, making the experience even better. He was always helpful and attentive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Joanna's place, it was very cosy and comfortable and felt like it had been put together with care. The property itself is beautiful, with a great garden! Joanna was very responsive to communication & went out of her way to accommodate us, including by making thoughtful recommendations. Highly recommend.
