Driving home from this Earth home and all I can say is wow. The home is great and Garrett was an incredible host. First time at an earth home but won’t be the last.

I stayed here during the month of October, which was a great time to visit Eagle Nest and the surrounding area. The day temps were still nice and got to see a little snow near the end, which included seeing the mountains gain their little snow peaks which was beautiful. The cabin was exactly as described. I felt it was perfectly adequate for what I needed. It was easy to keep warm, as it got a bit chilly at night. The view from the cabin was incredible, I could sit and do work and glance out the window to see the mountains and lake. The towns of Eagle Nest and Angel Fire are quaint and very pretty. The entire surrounding area is beautiful and I consider myself lucky to have experienced it. Don was very kind and helpful. I recommend PSC 100%!

The location and property are fantastic. Beautiful forest all around, fabulous snow, and really unique cabin! Well equipped, super clean, and comfortable. Be sure to use the wood stove if cold -- it is fun, warm and romantic. Also, another review stated the stove is the only heat; not so. There are baseboard heaters with temp control throughout. Vader, the Doberman, is a hoot and very friendly. Our Labrador sulked for 2 days after we left -- she missed him. Chris is a fellow you'd love to have a meal with ... We hope to be back next January!!

I was looking for somewhere to stay during my Earthship academy session. Sara is an amazing host and a kind person. I also hold her hospitality in high regards. Living here in November was genuinely one of the best months of my life. I often would come home and bask in awe of the Taos night sky. I made friends with Sara’s dog and cat, and it was nice to see them often at the beginning and end of the day. It was such a peaceful location to spend time, between the wind chimes, being able to go up on the roof to watch sunsets or look at the night sky, or sitting inside and meditating in the morning or later in the day after I got home. I highly recommend Sara’s space to any others going to the Earthship academy, as it’s about a 15 minute drive and almost a straight shot. To everyone reading, if you decide to stay here, look forward to a peaceful and private location tended by a great host 👍
