Vacation rentals with a patio in Valeria del Mar

A pleasure. Super nice apartment, everything was spotless and very tasteful. We communicated very well with Florencia, quick responses, everything was very clear, efficient and super friendly. Cristina —who welcomed us— was very nice, the times I contacted her with a question she answered me instantly and always with the best. The balcony overlooking the forest, a luxury. And the super practical gas grill, a great goal, we use it almost every day. We would definitely come back!

We felt at home. Safe, cute and very well located between the beach and the shops. The environment is great to relax and the balcony is a big plus. I would stay there again with my family without a doubt.

We loved the place. We'd be back!! It's super accessible, close to downtown on foot. The area is cute. The apartment had Calefon so the water came out hot and the shower with very good pressure. The only thing I could say is that it's a shame the furniture on the terrace is so rusty that it couldn't be used. But the place is super bright and also has a roofed carport with access to the building. Everything was perfect! The building was always clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay

The duplex is very well equipped with quality things, it is in the forest with a beautiful and quiet environment. It is 10 minutes from downtown and the beach with few sandy streets. Susana responds to any questions instantly. I went with 3 teenagers and it's very safe for early morning hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The apartment has nice amenities as pictured. It is a super quiet place and at the same time close to downtown and the beach. By car in 5 min this. Something that may be useful for the future, is that the room is missing an air conditioner, although there was a small fan. My rating would be 4, 8/5 from the place and 5/5 from the host. To highlight the day we had to go, it allowed us to leave later on the apartment and with a very good predisposition. Thank you Francisco and I recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful, new, modern, cozy, comfortable, spacious. We found everything clean and tidy. There is everything one may need and more. It's beautifully decorated. It's 50 meters from the beach! You can hear the sea from the window. It is quiet and at the same time by car in 5 minutes you are in the center of Valeria del Mar and 10 from Pinamar or Carilo. The beach is huge and empty of people. There are lifeguards. Javier is very friendly, he lives nearby so in two minutes he's for whatever you need. We really had a great time, we will be back for sure! Thank you!!!!

We stayed in the Grand Forest and it's really beautiful and comfortable! Fully equipped, sparkling, with a private patio also very large, and very bright. Excellently located, just 2 blocks from the beach and glued to downtown. Paragraph aside for breakfasts, which in addition to fresh and delicious, we could arm them to our liking through a QR!!! (thank you Silvya for almond milk and pastry without TACC!) All in all a spectacular experience, in large part thanks to the attention of Sylvia and all the staff!

The stay was excellent. The house had everything you need to have a wonderful time with the family. The rooms have a good layout, the living room is spacious and the garden is beautiful. Laura was extremely kind and was attentive to everything. When we return to Pinamar, we will definitely stay here.

I've been to the beach many times, and it was the best accommodation among them! The three families went to play and everyone was happy! The bed was so comfortable and tidy that it was nice. The kitchen was also equipped with everything. And Jacqui is the best host!! She was so kind and answered my questions quickly and perfectly👍🏻

The house is beautiful, spacious and functional. All rooms have en-suite bathroom, which greatly facilitates family life (on returning from a beach day to the most lazy look for the shower immediately). Clara was always super quick. I'm happy to have met Clara's house in Costa Esmeralda!! We'll be back

The house is spotless, you have all you need for a comfortable stay. Super comfortable and very nice. Agustina always responded very quickly and was very attentive to providing good service. We definitely came back.

Beautiful house in sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people ( 2 families) each had their space for intimacy. Very nice and spacious house. Sadly before we were other guests with dogs and the time between departure and arrival of us did not allow for a deep cleaning, which was missing. But Andres before our order resolved it. The attention of Andrés and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

Great experience! Mercedes's house is divine, as shown in the pictures! Very bright and spacious. Super stocked and full. It was very hot days and it was fundamental that the same has air in all the spaces (although it was not necessary to make use of all of them). Mercedes super attentive! Nice to have met your home! We'll definitely be back!

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of the host. Responded quickly and concisely. The house was very comfortable, had everything in good condition and corresponded to the photos and description. Very clean and safe. The private parking sum to have the tranquility of always being able to park a meters from the entrance.

Beautiful and super well equipped (with sheets, towels and everything you need in the kitchen). Good location, a couple of blocks from the beach. The only point that could be improved is that the fan makes a lot of noise but it's just a detail. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the grills! We would definitely come back.

The apartment is very good and Cecilia is very attentive. They didn't lock some windows and he solved it right away.

The complex and the Depto are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guard or the consortium does not let you in the car to go down or raise the bags .. but they are minor things..!! Afterwards, everything is fine!

Highly recommended and the view is unbeatable. I'll try to go back next summer. Adrián was always there for the smallest details fixing them.

The apartment is just like the photos posted, in front of the beach with easy access by a wooden walkway. The pools in the complex and the sauna are in very good condition. The apartment has all amenities, spacious and modern I would definitely rent it again.

Very nice monoambient, ideal for going to the beach that is two blocks away. The mattresses are very good and the shower is excellent. Also the kitchen is complete in case you have to do something to eat. Highly recommended.
