We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

We were delighted! - Impeccable cleanliness - Renovated house - Very complete, with countless amenities (great kitchen, game room, heating in room, TV ...) Mati: - Very friendly, good communication, responds very quickly. Any questions we had instantly resolved it. Give very easy directions to get to the house. In addition to having pamphlets of the routes and highlights areas. Definitely a cozy place to disconnect (minimum coverage) and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

The place is lovely. Free parking can be found around the corner. Very quiet neighborhood and a great mattress. Haven't slept this good in a while. There are several of Waterfalls nearby. We spent most of the time outside, exploring the hiking trails.

Definitely totally recommendable, most likely we will repeat. We have all enjoyed the accommodation, a rural and quiet environment, beautiful views, the proximity to the village and its different services, and the treatment with which Ana has treated us.

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

We’ve stayed with Susanna and Sandon in their lovely apartment before and we were fortunate to get to return to Valencia and stay with them again! Just as wonderful as we remember. A very cozy, but comfortable apartment. It feels very spacious. Excellent communication, great location, all the amenities we needed and the patio is outstanding! Enjoyed our evenings with a glass of wine out on the patio. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a family, two babies (2 years and 7 months) and a small pet. The place was just as in the description, it was easy to get to, the host was very nice and willing. The beds and pillows very comfortable, we slept great, it was very well equipped. It was a bit hot but with the fan in the matrimonial room we were cool and the air conditioning in the living room/kitchen. They gave us a crib with everything you need for our baby, it is very much appreciated.

A fantastic find in Valencia. Dog friendly with a small park straight outside. Excellent parking straight outside ( free ). The apartment is a great space well designed and Oscar has thought of everything you ll need for your stay. I have to give this place 10/10. 1st choice if O m back in Valencia

Exactly as advertised. House in the middle of nature with a lot of tranquility. We were left firewood for a fireplace and a local detail. Nathalie and Ade very helpful, they gave us exact directions of the location and flexibility of both entry and exit. Definitely highly recommended.

Our family had a wonderful time at the stay of Julie. We really felt like home and been taken care of. Communication and support was great Thank you again!

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Maria as a group of friends. The outdoor area and huge pool are really 1A. The house offers an incredible amount of space/sleeping options and is well equipped. Only in terms of cleanliness we see a little room for improvement, but is still totally within reach.

We had a weekend with friends. The house is fantastic and we will repeat again. I recommend it 100%. The best of the swimming pool and barbecue area. Salva was very kind at all times, giving us recommendations and personally explaining the operation of everything. Flexible in check-in and check out. Thank you very much for everything 😊

This villa is fantastic. It’s on the outskirts of Benidoleig in a lovely semi rural spot. Lovely outside space with gardens and great cooking facilities. You couldn’t ask for more. The host communicated brilliantly. There’s plenty of room !

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
