although I was touched by a week of abnormally unattainable weather, the stay was fantastic. The apartment has everything you need, clean and equipped, ... and a window that places you on the sand, which is relaxing even with a somewhat scrambled time, and with such easy access that you take any time to go to the beach for a swim or a walk. And there, walking the walk to one or the other side, you find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and in general the basic services, perfectly integrated in the free spaces, without the feeling of continuous and suffocating bazaar.

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. The sea could be seen from the balcony, in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always supported us with advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that you could use and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only issue was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/19 pm. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or opened them in conversation. Next time we will definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Many thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. Great place, great host, great stay. Erick went above and beyond to help me navigate around by giving me lifts, sending me bus and tram timetables, and links where to eat and drink close by. Just half hour into the main city of Valencia from the apartment. Stayed 3 nights the place on very clean. Lovely little balcony and coffee shop below. Very close to the beach around a 3 min walk if that. I would recommend if you are a light sleeper to bring ear plugs as the apartment block your staying in can be pretty noisy at times.

The apartment was right on the beach! A beautiful view to spend the day with. Easy access to a number of bus lines to the city, a full grocery store right around the corner, and lots of dining options made a perfect location even better. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Oversized sized bath towels, and cozy bed linens were a treat. A full kitchen with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher made evenings at home a breeze. Washer/dryer unit made packing for home much neater! We wished we had booked for longer!

Small apartment for 6 people..... better for 4...... but well maintained and served. In the village there is a restaurant and two bars, Eva is always available and kind.

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was comfortable. Close to the beach & restaurants & grocery stores. It was a relaxing short stay, longer would have been better. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

The apartment is superb. Lovely location listening to the sound of the sea all day and night. We really enjoyed relaxing here.

We had a great stay with our family. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Very quick instructions and replies from the host. Clean residence with pool. Nearby beach and nearby activities: cave, zoo, aquarium, rafting... Perfect stay, we'll be happy to come back.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.
