although I was touched by a week of abnormally unattainable weather, the stay was fantastic. The apartment has everything you need, clean and equipped, ... and a window that places you on the sand, which is relaxing even with a somewhat scrambled time, and with such easy access that you take any time to go to the beach for a swim or a walk. And there, walking the walk to one or the other side, you find restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and in general the basic services, perfectly integrated in the free spaces, without the feeling of continuous and suffocating bazaar.

Roberto was very friendly and available at all times. Communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend Roberto as a host and would certainly stay at his property again.

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. The sea could be seen from the balcony, in the morning with beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always supported us with advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that you could use and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only issue was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/19 pm. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or opened them in conversation. Next time we will definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Many thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. The coffee place below is great, the Italian restaurant is great, the marina the beach all is great, loved the place, has all what you need for your stay, very responsive host, very honest and helpful, the check in check out was easy, fast internet, car park available which is an asset… loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at Monocof! The apartment is large, light, all the necessary appliances were available. Most of all I liked the balcony! The hosts were very friendly, always answered messages and questions, were ready to help! We would love to relax in Monocof again!

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

Antonio was very friendly, contacted us in advance and waited outside the apartment for our arrival. The location of the apartment was also very good, just a 5 minutes walk from the beach. There is supermarkets nearby, and Antonio also recommended few good restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was very good.

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

The apartment is superb. Lovely location listening to the sound of the sea all day and night. We really enjoyed relaxing here.

We had a great stay with our family. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Very quick instructions and replies from the host. Clean residence with pool. Nearby beach and nearby activities: cave, zoo, aquarium, rafting... Perfect stay, we'll be happy to come back.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.

Very good stay with Justiniano. Service of the apartment very well. Well located apartment to walk to the beach. Residence with children's park, swimming pool (in season) and paddle board court. Very accessible bus to go to the city center or the oceanografico/science museum!
