And thank you for all your recommendations and for having tied up with us. If you want to disconnect in the middle of nature but with all the comforts and comforts, Rui's house is your home. A truly memorable stay in a quintessential small Douro valley village. The place is as described and a true gem. The dinner paired with wines was a highlight of our stay as was the company. Highly recommend. Beware however that cell service as you enter the remote hamlet with very narrow lanes may be lost rendering your gps useless. Luckily we found service near the church and Jet came and escorted us to her place which is not the easiest to find.
