Very nice and safe area. you can walk to anything that you need really. The building was quiet for the most part, with friendly guards. Pedro was always quick to answer, and it's truly important to him that you enjoy your stay in Barranquilla

Jose’s place is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. It is strategically located close to lots of good restaurants and bars and easy to get public transportation from. It stays cool during the day even without AC in the common space which can be a rare thing in Barranquilla. If you go during rainy season, just be aware there’s a large “arroyo” on the corner. If you’re working, the internet is very fast and reliable. Jose is incredibly responsive and was always ready to help when needed. We would definitely stay here again when back in Barranquilla.

The stay was very pleasant. The apartment is a quiet and private place with everything necessary for a few days of rest. The garden is very cozy, my dog was able to walk quietly and play. The pool seemed a little small, but for my family of 4 it was barely. The apartment is quite cool and well ventilated, just keep in mind the moquitos at night. Cedric and his team were very nice giving me the directions for the arrival at the place and attending to any concerns we had. I felt very safe in the place and quiet when leaving the cart. The beach is very close and you can walk. Highly recommended!

I stayed in Barranquilla at Manuela's place for a month and absolutely loved my stay. I felt safe and the apartment security was very friendly. The location is perfect for walking to the supermarket, restaurants, parks and the gym across the street. The WIFI worked perfectly the entire time I was there and the city views from the apartment and from the pool roof top were incredible. I really enjoyed my stay in Barranquilla and I highly recommend Manuela's location if you are planning to stay in the city. I look forward to coming back next time!
