Very nice accommodation with absolutely fantastic outdoor plastics. Everything we needed was at the property. The area was calm and quiet. It was easy to find parking in the area. Alejandro responded quickly and very nicely to our questions.

The apartment is easy to find and to get into (thanks for the detailed description provided by Fernando). If you have louder folks in the nearby apartment, there is a chance you will hear all what they are doing there. If you arrive later on the day and traveling by car, chances are there will be no vacant parking spots at the designated place but there will still be a couple of spots big enough for a motorcycle even in this situation. There are local stores and cafes in the 5-7 minute walking distance and generally I would describe the neighbourhood as calm and pleasant. If there is a chance to visit Gran Canaria again, I will love to stay in this apartment once again, thanks Fernando!

Immaculate was an exceptional host! From the first moment he welcomed us very kindly, he gave us tips on places and restaurants that did not serve much too. We appreciate the beautiful gesture of welcoming us with drinks, sweets and local fruit…. We felt right at home 🥰 My partner and I love the apartment, I recommend it to everyone! And I thank Inmaculada once again for her generosity, warmth and willingness towards us 🫶🏼❤️
