Really enjoyed this place! Area was very quiet. The home was clean, as described and near many restaurants and activities. Host was also very responsive. We will definitely be booking again when in the area. :)

If you found this listing I highly suggest booking! Nick & Allie were one of our favorite host on Airbnb thus far. It’s a short walk to one of the best beaches with a great park on the way, there was plenty to do. Nick’s pizza up the block is as close to real Brooklyn pizza we’ve found in Florida. I couldn’t recommend this listing enough! We can’t wait to book again.

We truly enjoyed the location, right on the beach with a beautiful view and so close to all the restaurants and attractions! The neighbors were nice and the maintenance friendly. We hope to book with Kara again next year! Thanks

Kathryn's place was just as it was described. We loved that it was a private piece of country living right inside the city!! Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to from both sides of the property. Being on the smaller side, it was perfect for myself and my teenage daughter. We had all the privacy we needed/wanted. Kathryn was quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach at Nina's place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cups, pots, pans, etc. We were stocked with clean linens and towels. There was a great view from the balcony, where we could watch the nightly fountain show. There were plenty of places to check out within walking distance, so a great location. We would definitely stay with Nina again!!!

Great spot with a very kind host. You get exactly what you see in the listing by and it is nice to have comfort in that. The beach is very close and the neighborhood is safe. Make sure you bring your own beach towels but Michael takes care of you so well! He was a great host and we had such a fun trip!! ❤️

We stayed at Becky's place in Panama City Beach. it was our first time to the area and there was a wonderful book of things in the area and a map of the resort. Everything was so sweet and easy to find, while some things were closed for the holidays the place is still a great location just steps from the beach and a short drive to the main pier and boardwalk. We could always find a heated pool with a few of them on the property and loved that there were pickleball rackets to use just outside the door in the court. Loved the space, even better than the photos and loved that there were a few of the essentials (shampoo, dishwasher soap, laundry, etc. ). Thanks so much for the wonderful stay and great house!

The property was impeccable! We’ve visited the area before but this was possibly the best time we’ve ever had there and the property was the reason. It felt like our own private luxury resort. Our family enjoys a nice private peaceful environment after a day of activities and this was precisely it. Sitting in the backyard it’s easy to forget you’re in Florida and believe you’re in villa on the Mediterranean coast. Thank-you for creating such an incredible place!

The Pink House is the perfect place to retreat. Cozy house and super walkable. Catherine was super accommodating for our family and family needs. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was just what we expected and a great location. I prefer to be up higher but honestly being on the 2nd floor was very convenient. The condo was really nice and had everything needed for a great stay.

This is an incredible ocean front unit in a great location. Lori was quick to respond and made it an incredibly easy check in. I would highly recommend this unit - the price was reasonable, beautiful views of the Gulf and the unit itself is well done.

We enjoyed staying at Robert and Carol’s place. The location - being able to walk right out onto the beach - was our favorite part of our stay. We had a bit of a difficult time finding the address as we arrived late but Robert answered the phone when we called and was very kind and helpful! We had no issues checking in and enjoyed the space. Kitchen was well stocked and there were soccer & basketball, plus the sticks and pucks for shuffleboard. Our kids liked sleeping in the Murphy bed better than the bunks. Robert was helpful when we had an issue with the AC. Overall we had a stellar experience! If we could change anything, replacing the carpet on the stairs inside the door would make it feel more clean.
