Megan is a great host and always quick to respond. She kindly let us to drop off our lugguage before check-in time. The place is on top of a hill and spotless. We loved our stay!

Perfect little studio with everything you need. We could not have wished for a better place to spend our 7 weeks in LA. Thank you Tina for being an amazing host! We hope to come back next year.

David and Cindy were gracious hosts. The space was well appointed with generous supplies of everything you need and then some . Tooth brush and tooth paste! Even snacks ,beverages (in your quarters and in the Tropical pool / yard area.) The Tiki Bar was also an outside kitchen for guests to enjoy. Upon entering the back to gain access to the BNB I was transformed to another time and place! Similar to a cross between The Emerald City in the Land of Oz and Margaretaville (Minus the Flying Monkeys and Witch ) 🦠 I recommend this ABNB 100%. Would book again ! Thank you David and Cindy!

Staying at Aaron’s was paradise. Not only is Aaron and fantastic and reliable host who accommodated every need, but his place is prime for anyone who wants to experience LA/Studio City. Just a few steps from a Starbucks, Walgreen, Gas Station, Ralph’s, and so much more. Close to tons of fantastic food and drink spots. Easy to find parking and the neighbors are very friendly. The place itself is fantastic— very clean and a perfect spot to stay. Has a great bathroom and big closet. Also easy access to the highway so you can go more into the city if you’d like, which was a huge plus. If you’re going to stay in LA, I can’t recommend Aaron’s place enough. Fantastic stay. 10/10.
