The place met our expectations, good location and nice and quiet. Tim and his family welcomed us warmly and if you had any questions, you could always approach Tim. It was also great that we could borrow a grill. We were lucky enough to be at the "Rock Night" in the accommodation. There was delicious homemade pizza and the most delicious beer from Bavaria ;) Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This was a last minute get-a-way (coming from Munich area) and I am glad it was available. The apartment itself was easy to find & once there, very clean & comfortable. (2 adults). The communication with suggestions was very helpful & appreciated. Kim & Family are right next door but you would never know - you have your privacy. The terrace view was unbeatable unfortunately weather was not great, but you can stand out there & still appreciate the fields & forest. The amenities were plenty & bed was very comfortable! Location was great for Bamberg & Coburg - car is needed as it is out of the way - but that is what we were looking for! Over all, great 2night stay - would recommend to anyone looking for some quiet with exceptional views! Thank you Kim & Family for having us!

An absolute oasis of well-being <3 My girlfriends and I were here for a girls' weekend. We wanted to rest, relax and just be for ourselves - it was really just perfect. The house is like a warm hug that invites you to let go and we immediately felt at home. There is enough space for 6 people, the conservatory is a dream and the terrace and garden offer enough space to relax. The sauna is of course a wonderful bonus, overlooking nature. And the fireplace ensures a very pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The location is wonderful if you are looking for tranquility and nature and want to escape everyday life. Everything you need is there and communication with Christian worked smoothly. A definite recommendation <3

Wonderful accommodation just a short drive from the small medieval town of Seßlach! The owners are frequent travelers, which may be what gives them this sense of hospitality, this empathy for their guests and the world in general. They are also avid readers, their library, which must include hundreds of volumes, is available to their hosts, as well as a few records. The kitchen is small and efficient but it is the water flowing from the tap that catches the eye: with a taste and purity that big cities do not have. The beds and bathroom are perfect. Finally, a terrace sheltered from the wind leads to a large garden on the edge of the forest. There are old children's huts, more unique than life itself. This garden or the living room invite you to read, reflect, rest or be bored, all things that we will gladly repeat in Heiligenrath. See you soon, dear Gudrun and Jürgen!
