Monthly Rentals in Union Valley

A family friendly home with great amenities. Comfortably sleeps six (3 beds and two bathrooms). Single pane windows do let street noise come through (street is mostly quiet). Only quirk of the house I found is that the second floor has a separate thermostat but I believe it is for cooling only (should be turned off during the cold season).

Joaquin & Elda are gracious hosts, highly responsive, helpful & friendly. Their studio is our home away from home when we're visiting family in Princeton.

We had a fantastic stay at Johnson’s place. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth transition as we moved to Texas. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for our family. We also loved the convenient location, with plenty of nearby activities, shops, and restaurants to explore. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay. Highly recommend!
