Mary's place was very lovely and comfortable. It was perfect for our 5 member family. Mary was very friendly and communicated regularly to see if we needed anything. We would definitely book there again, if we all return to Charlotte.

Our stay was wonderful. Betsy was great at communicating prior to our stay. Everything was set up for us, including a beautiful gift basket, including some snacks and toys for the younger children. The location is beautiful just outside of historic downtown Monroe. We would love to stay again, maybe during the spring and summer months.

Absolutely awesome! A charming very well kept guest house and conveniently located walking distance from the town of Matthews and a short drive from Charlotte. I loved reading the guestbook which I also added my entry detailing all the things we did. The Dwellington is also right by the Mecklenburg County Sport Complex where we had my son’s soccer tournament. Awesome place that we look forward to staying at again. {The Escape} Amazing Pool and Billiards

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Mike’s cabin. The place is exactly as pictured. It was easy to find and check-in was simple. The place is surrounded by trees and there is plenty of space between the cabin and any neighbors. It felt safe, private, and peaceful.

Shannon was amazing. I rented for the whole month of May so as soon as I got there, she met me and walked me through the whole cabin and answered any question I may have had. The cabin had everything you could ever need in a home. The location was in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. Shannon and I were like immediate friends. We discussed our love of nutrition and we even made sourdough together. All around wonderful experience. I would stay again and definitely recommend her place.

Our stay at Mike’s home was great. The house was spotless and spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need if you plan on cooking during your stay. There were also puzzles, games, and toys for the kids to enjoy. Everything was as advertised and it was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our time here! It’s a lovely neighborhood, the people next to us were so nice and welcoming, most of the things we needed to get was like 5-7 minutes away, Walmart is literally not that far away, the big city is like 20-25 minutes away, so many activities to do, and the Christmas feel in the spot we was at was definitely a vibe! The house was very nice and clean and was the right amount of space for us. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Craig is very friendly and personable He went out of his way to check me in and out at odd hours of the night when my Train was coming in (so I didn't have to wait at Waffle House, a Hotel Lobby, or the Train Station) that was priceless to me - the place is walking distance to a Whole Foods so you can get healthy options, soups, salads, sandwiches, etc you won't regret choosing this location at all parking can be a problem if weather is bad (you have to walk to the garage) but it's close by. Perfect house to accommodate our family of 3 + grandparents! The sunroom was lovely, especially in Feb with icky outdoor weather. When we arrived the host had already set up a pack n play for us - which was perfect. It was lovely to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher as well as all kitchen needs to make dinner. Easy central location in Matthews/Stallings and there was even an amazing kids park a couple blocks away! Should we need to stay again in that area, we'll definitely be back!

Daniel’s place was a great find! Neighborhood was nice and really enjoyed the stay. The house was spacious, clean and we all slept really comfortably. Great for large families. My in laws loved the house since it’s a one level. Host was also super responsive. Will definitely be staying here again since we are frequent Charlotte visitors!
