⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning, beautifully designed, super clean, and had the best vibes. The pictures truly don’t do it justice, it’s even more gorgeous in person! Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The host was amazing, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they truly care about their guests! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!

We had an amazing ski weekend at Lisa's place. The house is even prettier than the photos suggest. It's cozy, beautiful, tasteful, and design-y. It's totally renovated from top to bottom, everything works well, each piece of furniture is carefully chosen and thoughtfully arranged. The overall effect is peace, calm, and relaxation. The house feels much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. It's up a short unpaved road off a two-way paved road (AWD car recommended), so it feels like you have totally gotten away, but is close to modern conveniences. I love to cook, and the chef's kitchen made me so happy. The wifi is fast and Lisa is very responsive. We had a significant snowfall our weekend there and Lisa made sure that the snowplow guy was there by 7:30am so we could make it out safely and on time. It was a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. We really enjoyed the beautiful views and sitting by a fire in the wood burner. The house can get cold in winter (we came in late March) but once the heating comes on and/or the fire is lit, it feels good! This was a great place to explore the local area. We had a lovely lunch at Double Up in Parksville, and enjoyed visiting Livingston Manor.

We had a great time. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Teresa has great taste. We loved the tiles in the bathroom.! But this place is all about the spectacular view, even nicer than the pictures. There is a big sliding glass window that let us even open the door to the lovely mountain. There was great parking and although Teresa is on site, the cottage is very private. She left detailed recommendations, we went for the lovely walk at Ashokan reservoir. We are already planning our return in the warmer weather so we can try out some of her swimming hole suggestions. Great host, great place.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Broadview Retreat. The photos do not do the place justice: it’s incredibly beautiful and comfortable. We loved using the kitchen and hanging out in the “great room.” Marybeth’s extra touches and fully stocked kitchen made the stay extra pleasant. Additionally Marybeth provided the most detailed recommendations and instructions I’ve ever received for a booking. We had a lot of fun hiking and exploring Woodstock, but coming home to Broadview was the best part of our trip.

Nice and clean house with a hot tub that is well maintained! Getting into the driveway was a bit scary due to the weather and plumbing is a bit finicky but we had a great stay overall and the owner was very prompt with responses!

Richard and Sheila were welcoming, responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. we were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend nearly enough time as we'd have liked to, but we can't wait to go back for a real vacation weekend there. for this trip, we wanted a quiet place to return to after the madness that comes with a close family wedding, and it's exactly what we got. the cabin is cozy, the view from the windows was beautiful, and the amenities provided in such a small space while still allowing it to feel somewhat rustic is remarkable. a wonderful retreat. would be an ideal place to go to get some writing or reading done by the creek, or if you just need a relaxing weekend. their "recommendations binder" for things in the area was well considered and thoughtful, and if you showed up here with no plan you'd have a great time just following their suggestions. we can't wait to return. if you're looking for a place to stay in the area and this is available, do not hesitate.

From start to finish renting this air bnb was a great experience. Booking was very easy. I was greeted immediately by the host via air bnb messaging. She always made sure to include any & all information we want & need for our stay. Checking in was a breeze. The house is exactly as pictured. The decor is top notch, the cleanliness of the house is even above that. The house has every amenity anyone could need for an enjoyable stay. Our group loved the spa. It was immaculate and in great working order. The beds are extremely comfortable, as are the sofas for hanging out & lounging. The top floor balcony was a great place to just hang out & read a book or catch up with the other guests. The host left a really nice coffee/ tea bar for us to enjoy. We also loved the s’mores station. A very kind & gracious host with nice touches to make you feel at home. Check out was just as easy as checking in. I would highly recommend this house & would love to stay again.
