We had an outstanding stay at the silo. The pictures, while impressive, don’t do the place justice - interesting design, modern but cozy, spacious and well organized. Location is just off a semi-major road, but feels remote and private. Easy access to Phoenicia and Woodstock. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

The barn is homey, tasteful, restorative, welcoming, and understated. It’s perfect as a launchpad to all the Hudson has to offer or a bunker to stay put with your friends. Highly recommend!

Julie's home is a great base for Catskills winter skiing. We were 4 adults/3 kids under 10 and there was plenty of space and sleeping options. Julie was SUPER responsive and took time to make sure our short stay was a pleasant experience. The home is well laid out with a large living room, plenty of comfortable seating and tons of games and books. Home was easy to find, we received 7 inches of snow the night we stayed and the roads were plowed early the next morning.

We loved our stay at Blackberry Barn! It was quiet, cozy and beautiful--exactly the kind of escape we were looking for. Checking in was very easy, everything was just as the hosts described. We were able to stay inside and relax amidst some snowy weather, cooking all our meals in the kitchen and building some cozy fires in the fireplace. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had any quick questions. We really enjoyed the eclectic vibe and discovering all the books, records, and VHS tapes throughout the barn. We hope to come back very soon!

Sweet rustic artist cottage nestled next to a roaring stream. We walked to the cabin from the town of Woodstock( though the road is a little tricky in spots). This place is perfect for those seeking no frills walkable pet friendly hideaway for a few days. The cottage is charming and quirky. Perfect for us!

We had a great time. The place was quite spacious for 6 people. Everything was very comfortable!

Dara was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I felt immediately at peace in her beautiful cottage. It is cozy, clean, and filled with lovely artifacts from her travels. Fantastic location as well, I was in close proximity to several trailheads for the winter hikes that brought me to the area this weekend. Would love to stay again!

Large rustic space was perfect for our ski weekend at Belleayre. The gas fireplace kept us nice and toasty and loved being walkable distance to Colonial Inn bar.

My wife, dog, and I really enjoyed our stay at the barn. Dana is a great host and made sure we were well taken care of and had what we need. We definitely recommend the barn for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the country but with so much to do a short drive away.

Absolutely “a must stay” house! At least, once. We are planning on coming back summer-fall time. It’s an absolutely unique, tastefully decorated place.

Believe the hype. Black Walnut Farm is even more impressive in person. The home has so much character and is cozy, private, well equipped and just about everything was thoughtfully put together to make our stay as easy and stress free as possible. It was spacious and super comfortable - perfect for our girls weekend trip. The few times we did have some questions, Sarah our host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Can’t recommend enough.

This is the first time a listing with "kid friendly" has truly fit the description! We have two littles and Neesha's home did not disappoint with safety guards, toys, books, games, crib and small beds. Everything was available down to the highchair, noise machines and monitors. Anyone who travels with kids can appreciate having all of these necessities available and ready to use. It's a whole suitcase less for the trip! The home itself is beautiful, pristine, spacious yet still very cozy. It felt like a quiet family retreat with our own jungle gym in the backyard and a fire pit for smores. The town of Kingston was not far away - we rode the Polar Express. And for more adventures, Woodstock is super close and has great shops and restaurants too. But we didn't have much desire to leave Neesha's home. We loved the chef's kitchen (fully equipped) and had many family meals in the dinning room. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was as described, and there was ample room for the four of us to relax.

Spent an amazing weekend in Diana's accommodation! We already thought of rebooking this place in the future if the opportunity arises. It was such a lovely home and the room we booked had a perfect view of the backyard especially at this foliage season. Everything was clean and she had supplies ready just in case we needed to use it for cleaning/bathroom/etc. Definitely recommend her place.

We had a lovely weekend staying at Vanita's home. It was the perfect, cozy place to spend a snowy weekend and we enjoyed great walks by the water in Woodstock. Look forward to staying again!

Leslie and Jason's cabin is the perfect place to retreat and relax. The atmosphere is rustic and serene, yet sophisticated and luxurious. Clean (very), comfortable, airy, and contains every amenity you can think of. Extra phone charger? Check. Wine aerator? Check. Seamless room-to-room sound system? Check. Full size laundry machines? Check. Plus books, games, records, all of the kitchenware and appliances you could want and more pillows and towels than you could possibly use. A rain shower AND a soaking tub. A wall of windows AND total privacy. The cabin is centrally located among towns with excellent restaurants, antique shops, farms, hiking trails and creeks for tubing and fishing; ski slopes; vintage and book stores, independent arthouse cinemas... even a combination bowling alley/bbq joint. We have stayed here several times over several years and highly recommend it. So book now, and give my regards to Winnisook, the Lenape native on Oliverea for whom Big Indian is named.

The cottage was so warm and inviting. We felt right at home. And the setting was beautiful. Never saw so many brilliant stars in my life.

This place was just what we needed for a weekend in the Hudson Valley. It was well stocked. Coffee was a nice touch. Linens were comfortable. Tastefully decorated.

This was the perfect getaway in the catskills, an airbb that was so nice, you did not want to leave! our dogs had the weekend of their lives, wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend. The sauna was also a great amenity!

A truly beautiful, peaceful getaway in a gorgeous setting. We could not be happier with our trip and stay at Diana's stunning property and home. We were pleasantly surprised by how private and quiet the space is. It was such a pleasure meeting and taking to Diana and meeting her three sweet chickens. Diana was an excellent host. She had everything we could need during our stay and had great suggestions on things to see and places to eat. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable too! Can't wait to visit again!

I am in awe of how wonderful this location was. Casey communicated very well and is super helpful. The property is pristine, lots to do whether you want to hang out in the town or just spend time in Nature. Our group had an amazing time and look forward to booking again.
