Lovely annex in a convenient location. Kate was the perfect hostess and the breakfast (including fresh fruit and homemade jams) was delicious!

We stayed at Pipkin cottage recently as we were visiting family in the area. The cottage was so cosy with a lovely feel. Nice and clean. Easy to check in with the lock box instructions. We had a 2 year old with us and the stair gates were already on for us which saved us a job when we arrived! We found the area had plenty to do and it was nice to be able to walk to Bridwell Estate for a walk around and visit to the cafe. William was a great host throughout and kept us informed/up to date and answered any questions we had promptly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Jenny was a great host! The Cabin was spotless on arrival! Very cosy and well equipped... As previous guests had noted the bed is super comfy!! The outside area for dogs is brilliant. Definitely recommend the Culm Valley Inn! Fantastic atmosphere - delicious home cooked food - 15 min walk. Strand Stores serve an incredible breakfast and sell high quality local produce! We also enjoyed a nice day out at Sidmouth beach..

A gorgeous place, full of character and very comfortable. Sarah was very helpful, explained things very clearly and made everything very easy. She is very fast answering messages as well. We would definitely go back.
