Karen was extremely flexible as I had train issues.Listing is lovely.Her Cafe below does a fantastic full English at a competitive price.Listing is 5 minutes away from Tyseley Train Station which is 5 mins away from Central Birmingham.I recommend.

Great value for money, worth way more than your average hotel room for half the price. Nice area with a shop and take away within walking distance. Decent parking right outside is a great plus point too. Suited my needs perfectly

The place itself was pretty large and generally clean. There was a few cobwebs around in corners of some rooms but that was it. There were clean towels provided and clean sheets and blankets. I had to come to Birmingham for a relatives birthday party, but to be honest I really don’t like the city, it’s very dirty and covered in litter and rubbish. A lot of the locals don’t really seem to care about throwing their litter on the floor so it’s pretty obvious why it’s dirty. I try to come to Birmingham as little as I can.
