Townhome vacation rentals in Tybee Island

We had a wonderful time staying in Sarah's lovely vintage home! We loved the large, beautiful dining table - it was great for doing work and hanging out, even though we didn't cook much since we were visiting our son and his family a few blocks south. The living room was beautiful, and the bedrooms were all really nice! I loved the two smaller rooms with their particular vintage decor, but the larger rooms had all that nice space. There was no bedroom that could be considered less desirable or functional than the others. The air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, and coffee maker all worked great. Everything was clean and functional. I really appreciated the eco-friendly soaps and cleaning products. And the air quality felt great in the home. Sometimes in older homes, I get sensitive to the air, but there were no problems for me here. Sarah was very helpful and responsive! If my son and his family stay in Savannah, we would definitely stay here again!

We were only at Jan‘s place for one evening on our way home from Florida. The location was good, close to 95, and her condo had everything we needed. It was a great place to stop with our dog and Jan went out of her way to supply treats/supplies for the dog and for us. It was clean and neat and the bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome location and cozy, clean home. We loved staying at Alex’s home and its proximity to walking around Savannah. It’s close to everything and very walkable. Having the garage to park is a great perk because parking can be tricky in Savannah.

Beautiful home in great location - walkable to lots of sites and great restaurants.

I stayed here for the weekend. It was in a great location—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The place was clean, and the host, Chris, was really responsive. I picked it because it was listed as a Guest Favorite, and now I totally see why!

The place was great. It had everything we needed for a family of four and centrally located. The restaurant on the bottom floor also really helps was excellent.

It was great to find a place on Jones Street. It’s a great location and near shopping, sites and places to eat.

Great location- easy walk to Forsyth Park. Host was very responsive. Great coffee shop close by! Kroger just down the street.

What a great place to stay! Super roomy, no evidence that dogs have stayed there, amazing location. great place for our family of 4. The teens had their own floor. Bring slippers or socks with traction, as the stairs are wood and slippery, and there are 2 flights to the master suite. The master is huge with a big bathroom and huge walk-in closet. We felt like we were home from the 1st second we opened the door. I would definitely recommend this home to friends traveling to Savannah!

Sarah and Mike's is an amazing place to stay in Savannah. Everything was comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend the Peach French toast at the Two Eggs Cafe next door. Parker's Market on Drayton Street a fifteen-minute walk, offers great sandwiches and other supplies. Savannah trip was awesome!!

Just checked out of this property earlier this afternoon and I was blown away by the home itself and the responsiveness of our host!

This is a fantastic place to stay in HHI! It’s a roomy, updated, clean and comfortable space and exceeded my expectations. My family of five had plenty of space and the accommodations for young children were super convenient. Parking, pool and beach access are perfect for those with little ones. Tara is a great communicator and we felt safe the entire time. We will definitely be back :)

Rob’s place was great. Super convenient walk to the beach. Nice set up inside, super clean, and he was proactive with instructions and info for us. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

Christie’s townhouse and adjoining carriage house were perfect for our family getaway. The home was magnificent and impeccably well kept. The high ceilings and ornate finishings make you feel like you’ve gone back in time, however the home has all the modern updates and amenities you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect and within walking distance to all Savannah has to offer. Working with Christie was also seamless. She was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. I’d stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Great location and a wonderful piece of history.

Such a darling home! We loved everything about it. The location was perfect. We walked all over the Historic District and down into the Starland District. The house is beautifully appointed, air conditioned and charming. Donna was the most communicative host and so helpful. I would gladly stay again.

This is not an Airbnb. This is a luxurious rich relative's manor you've been invited to use for the weekend. High ceilings, beautiful artwork, high end beds and linens, rain showerheads, polished marble look counters and gorgeous wood floors. Everything you need is here. Cookware. Toaster. Blender. Keurig and pods. Umbrellas. Washer. Dryer. A wealth of towels. After you finish the wine left for you, you can walk two blocks to the Kroger for another. In the morning enjoy coffee on the back porch before you stroll to Clarys Cafe or Jay Christopher's for breakfast. Forsyth Park is close, as is Collins Quarter which is delicious. Or put on comfy shoes and head about a mile to the other historical tourist sites and tons of dinner spots. Your tired bones will rest like a baby in the amazingly comfortable beds.

This apartment was gorgeous! All of the furniture was so comfortable that we even stayed in one day just to relax! We walked the park in the morning and ate breakfast, strolled the squares all day and walked along river street. The free trolly is available close to the location though. The apartment was spotless, very “home like” feel. We felt extra secure using the foyer door and then our door. The neighborhood was peaceful and lined with beautiful homes. We would absolutely stay here again! The couch alone was worth the stay! So nice to come back to comfortable furniture! Major bonus! Parking was easy. We loved it here!

What a great place, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, stocked with shampoos, conditioner, and body wash. Easy to use thermostat, great instructions around the house and 2 great decks. So much fun to listen to bands playing nearby in the comfort of your own porch!! Great location with many great restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks that are walkable and with a Sam's Club, Walmart, and Publix within a mile, and with quick access to HHI. Our only issue was that it was colder than usually, as was the entire rest of the country. We look forward to our next stay!!

We had the most wonderful week at Shari’s lovely property! It was exactly as described in her listing and it was even more beautiful than the photos. It was immaculately clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The property was tastefully furnished and decorated and felt very serene peaceful. We very much enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the deer and squirrels forage in the wooded areas. We loved having use of the gas grill and even cooked some fresh local fish that we bought at a fish market Shari recommended for us. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautifully landscaped. There were loads of bicycle paths, a nice pool, golf course, and beach access. Shari was one of the nicest hosts we’ve had through Airbnb. She was always super quick to respond to any questions. She really seems to genuinely care about her guests.

This place was perfect for a ladies getaway! We had 5 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, as well as for us all to hangout. Very walkable to Forsyth Park and just a quick Uber to River Street & downtown areas. Only note was with it being a 1st floor, there are people upstairs and It was loud in the mornings if they walk around. But each bedroom had a noise machine and I felt this place was described perfectly for what It was. Would definitely stay again!

Martin was amazing! From the day we booked, until the end of our trip, he was awesome! Very responsive and helpful when we needed it, clear-cut instructions, and much, much more. Our last day check-out was scheduled for 11 am, and our flight was at 7. We needed to stay a little longer, and he let us check out at 3 pm! He was so helpful and we would highly recommend this place if you're interested in visiting Hilton Head. Thanks Martin!
