Monthly Rentals in Turtle Island

Our family came up to Michigan for the weekend and we needed a place to stay last minute. We were very thankful that this house was available. It had everything we needed we were very comfortable there. We would love to come up in the summer and enjoy exploring in the golf cart!

Yucky weather, windy, cold, but home was cozy and warm! Our needs were met perfectly. (Loved the large barn sliding doors in the kitchen!) Beds comfy. Would have liked a heavier blanket for the bed because I’m a freeze baby. Neighbors are very close in proximity - about 20 ft away- but we didn’t have any problems. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Thanks Victoria!

This is our second time staying at Justin’s home and we cannot get over how much we love it here! Minus the power going out for a few minutes due to the storms that were happening we had a blast!! We called him late at night and he had no issue picking up quickly and walking us through how to fix it. He even had a couple extra kitchen appliances like a crockpot set out for us. The unlimited hot water in the shower is ALWAYS a plus. With the local recommendations we were given plus the kind words just shows us how we will always find a way back to this home! Great place to stay! Beautiful home right on the water. Lots of games provided in the garage. Derrick was a wonderful host and responded within minutes to any questions I reached out with. Most definitely will be staying here again in the future.
