Villa vacation rentals in Turks and Caicos Islands

We wanted a trip that was distinctly NOT a big resort. It was a perfect escape, peaceful, well appointed and perfect for 4 adults. Mandy’s recommendations for where to eat and outfitters to use were such great resources. The beach and chalk sound so close were just beautiful to relax and soak in the beauty. Lovely island, great home-base to explore and discover.

Our stay at Piccolo Ponte was wonderful! The property is beautiful and immaculate, and Jacinthe and Claire were very responsive and helpful! It was so pleasant and relaxing to lounge by the pool and hot tub or sit under the umbrella on the dock that we almost didn’t want to do anything else. But we (husband, grown daughter, and I) also enjoyed biking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling (there’s plenty of snorkeling equipment at the house and great snorkeling from the beach at Smith Reef) as well as the beach. Restaurants are abundant, but we also found grilling in the evening to be fun and relaxing, especially since the house has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We definitely look forward to returning!

Beach Please Villa was excellent and Stephanie was a tremendous host providing lots information and suggestions for chefs, restaurants and a car service as well as things to make sure we see. The villa was very well appointed, comfortable and perfect for a birthday celebration! We will look to book another trip to T&C and at Beach Please! I should awesome beach with excellent snorkelling right of the beach!!

This was our second visit to Place de la Sol and it exceeded every expectation. We love the location and had everything we needed for a fantastic week at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it for cooking many meals. The paddle boards and kayak were so fun and a great addition to the experience! We hope to return to this magical spot again.

We had the most amazing time. The home was exactly as described and more!! Having the kayaks, paddle boards and pool were just what we needed to have the best most relaxing vacation! We rented a car and the location was perfect to get to everywhere on the island! We would love to come back and stay at Christine and Marks island getaway!!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Katie's place. The location was private but still close to great beaches and restaurants. The place itself was clean and organized with great amenities. Katie provided great instructions/recommendations and she was very responsive. The only downside was the ongoing construction around the property. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to beautiful Turks and Caicos!

Brian is AMAZING! We could not have picked a better home or location for our very first visit to Turks. Our group enjoyed the home’s amenities and the fact that it was close to all the places we chose to visit! We had an unforgettable trip! We 5would definitely come back and stay at Villa Tayo! We had a wonderful stay at Blue lotus villa! The location is great where Grace Bay is 10 min away, there’s a walkable beach near the house. The house itself is very nice and neat - the pictures are accurate. On top of that, Raymond and his property manager were very responsive and accommodative. I would stay here again!

Beautiful villa to enjoy your relaxing vacation in Turks and Caicos! The place is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The private pool was very convenient to relax and it was very nice for Natalie to provide all the beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely recommend to rent a car from Natalie’s recommendation, Yuriel (very convenient and responsive) and to drive to the wonderful beaches TCI has to offer.

Staying at Coconat was the perfect choice for my guest and I. It was our first time visiting TCI and Natalie was the BEST host! Extremely hospitable and communicative. She was thorough with providing information even prior to our stay and offered suggestions of how to enjoy our time on the island without me even having to ask. She was extremely friendly and always responsive, even took the time to provide guided directions to us when we got lost heading to a beach. Natalie made us feel welcomed and played a huge part in making our trip so memorable! As for Coconat villa it is gorgeous! What you see in the amazing photos is exactly what you get. Every room is aesthetically pleasing and the entire villa is very clean, well maintained and provides all essentials needed and more. She even provides beach essentials which is a huge plus! It literally felt like a home away from home. Our stay at Coconat villa was nothing short of amazing and I will definitely be returning in the future!

We spent 4 nights last week in the "presidential suite" with our adult daughter. The apartment was spacious and very clean and the location was excellent, less than 5 minute walk from a lovely stretch of beach. The property was a quick drive to lots of restaurants and two large well stocked (very expensive) supermarkets. We ate breakfast in but didn't do any heavy cooking. Enjoyed a lot of TCI local lobsters! The hosts were most responsive and provided lots of information and quick responses. The only thing we missed was a screened in porch - the mosquitos were out and found my daughter and I very delicious indeed. I would highly recommend the property if you are visiting Turks and Caicos.

Such as lovely home and on the quieter side of the island. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed having the entire home to relax in and the fantastic outside spaces for swimming in the pool and enjoying the view. It was especially nice to be able to walk down to the water and kayak in Chalk Sound every morning! The villa is close to Taylor Bay Beach and Sopadilla Bay Beach, a short drive from several local restaurants, and only 20 minutes drive to the Grace Bay area. We especially appreciated Indi who answered all our questions and gave us great advice to make our stay most enjoyable! She was very responsive and kind.

The house is in a perfect location in a very quite and private beach, the water was stunning and the house itself was very clean, the sheets beds and furniture were mint everything was just perfect, we loved staying here and were definitely coming back, i really recommend this house for anyone wanting to relax in a area with a stunning only steps from your door.

This was our second visit to Turks and Caicos and our first time staying at Claire's Airbnb. Claire was easy to communicate with beforehand, answered all our questions before we booked and before arriving, was quick to respond when we reached out with a minor question. The person managing the adjacent Villas, Brian, was wonderful. Easy to reach, helped us upon arrival and during our stay if we had any questions. Having Brian caring for the properties was great. The Villa was lovely, it was clean, felt private, enough room easily for a family of six (all adults). We relaxed, enjoyed hanging out, made breakfasts, and cooked two nice meals while there. We biked or walked to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Beach was an easy walk or bike ride. Grace Bay is beautiful and there are plenty of lounge chairs in the area available to the Villa guests. The three small pools at the Villas are well kept, a tad cold, but refreshing for a quick dip. We would love to stay there again.

Rockspray villa is just as beautiful and just as remote as the pictures and descriptions represent. We had a phenomenal time and heavily used the amenities (paddleboards/kayaks). If there's any feedback I wish I would have read, it would have been on the wind this side of the island receives and the current the beautiful water carries. It made swimming/snorkeling outside of the shallow bay area pretty hard (but amazing to view). Out of the host's control, there was also safety issues on this side of the island caused by the unlucky timing of an illegal immigration boat coming ashore. Despite all the police and border presence, I don't think we expected such heavy security measures required to enjoy the vacation (including alarming the villa during away and home situations). As first time visitors traveling without friends, we would have stayed in the Grace Bay resort area instead to get a bit more community. However, I would absolutely stay here again if the price/value was right.

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Hey, my stay was amazing and I have a great time. Some of the restaurants are within close range. If I needed help with anything they responded back in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone when they come to stay here.

Home was very beautiful. It looked just like the pictures. Backyard was great and home was very well furnished with everything we needed. I loved the location. Once you make your way out of the neighborhood, everything is close by. I would definitely stay at this home again. Jacinthe was also very responsive to my questions.

We had a great 10 days at Sunny's place. The Villa was perfect for two couples to stay at and Sunny was very responsive with any questions we had. Perfect spot close to restaurants and Grace Bay Beach. We had a lot of fun visiting over at the Grace Bay Club having lunch and drinks a few days while there I would recommend doing that. Also the Coco Bistro restaurant is a walk away and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this Villa.

Everything about the property was described just like the picture..Host was amazing and we will for sure be staying again..Very peaceful location…I loved it!

The inside of this place is better than the pictures show. Kitchen was full stocked with everything need to make brunch for a large group. The place was very clean. The privacy gate made us feel extra safe since it was a group of all women. The location was about 5/10 mins from every place we wanted to go to the island. Highly recommended and will be returning!!!

What a wondeful place! Literally a little bit of heaven on Earth! The place is very nice looking! The surroundings are very private! The gardiens are luxurious! We loved every moment spent at The Haven! Best host ever!!!!

What an incredible experience. From the moment we got there, Sushma and her family treated us like one of their own. Our flight was delayed, and they made sure we were fed as restaurants were closed. Throughout the stay, she suggested excellent beaches and activities while also being responsive to any of our needs. The home itself was beautiful. Nestled away in a neighborhood, we felt safe and had access to leeward beach, which was perfect. As an avid air bnb traveller, this stay was what I hope all hosts aspire to provide. Cannot recommend more.
