Vacation rentals with beach access in Turks and Caicos Islands

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

There is not enough space for me to write how great Rod and Karen are as hosts. I have been staying in Airbnb’s for years and have never experienced such wonderful people in all my travels. So accommodating for our group that was in town for a wedding. So fun to layout by this gorgeous pool and hear stories of the locals and some history. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable and I slept better here than at home. We will definitely plan a return to this lovely property in the further. Rod and Karen, we had the best time thanks to you both! Great location and value for money considering that Turks and Caicos is a very expensive island. The stay was very comfortable - the condo was well-equipped and came with everything one would need for a short-term or even a longer-term stay. Beautifully landscaped and close to the beach, with a lovely large balcony. The only occasional issue - which is completely out of Chloe's control - is that you sometimes heard cars, bikes, other vehicles intentionally revving their engines at night as they drove on Grace Bay Road. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had fantastic stay; ground floor condo is conveniently located next to the beautiful pool. 10 min stroll will bring you to the beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, bed very comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. Fantastic coffee and tea selection. Thank you, Adam, for such an exceptional service and welcome gift!

Alexandra’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our time on Providencials! It was even better than described, and in an awesome location close to the marina, beaches, and great restaurants. It is a quiet, safe community, has a wonderful pool area. Easy to find from the airport and a short drive to the main grocery store and Grace Bay beach. The communication with Alexandria / Johnathan was very good! They are responsive and they care about their guests, making sure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Very informative about the area and made awesome recommendations of things to do and places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

Stayed five days at this magnificent , spacious and clean apartment. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The location is great as it is in a quieter area of Grace Bay and yet within short walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Matt was a great host. Very caring about our stay and needs and quick to respond to our questions. We shall return to this place on our next visit to the island.

Mary & Regina were a pleasure to rent with. Very attentive & helpful with anything we needed. We were even greeted with complimentary rum punches! Mary checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. Plenty of lounge chairs and small tables to relax on a fantastic beach, shared with only a few other friendly condo dwellers. Gorgeous view from both the upper level and lower level. Everything you need is there - from beach towels, hand and dish soap, basic seasonings to plenty of parking and an outdoor shower. Book now - just save a week for me!

Great stay at Russell’s place. One house back from the beach and on the quiet end of town which we loved. Home had everything we needed for an extended stay. Great to have amenities of bikes, kayaks and pool along with beach chairs and snorkel gear. Would love to return again someday!

Geoffrey's place is very nice, we loved the deck. That was the highlight of this place. Morning breakfast out on the deck, afternoon chill on the deck reading a book was so relaxing. The wind was somehow blocked and felt nice and warm on the deck. The beach was nice but very windy when we were there. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful this place is. You feel super safe there in a gated area. Only a few minutes away from all the nice restaurants.

Sandy and Deangelo were wonderful hosts during our stay in T&C. They helped us feel welcomed and were very informative. Upon arrival, our daughter had gotten sick during the car ride and we were able to check-in early. This alone made us feel more comfortable at the beginning of our vacation. They also kept us well informed with recommendations and well as any occurrences to be aware of. This helped us fill out our itinerary and adjust any plans as needed. The home was perfect for our needs and the welcome rum cake was a nice touch. With a toddler, we were able to take our time starting the day and enjoy winding down at night. Having accessible laundry was great for a family, especially when our daughter first got nausea and threw up in our car rental on Day 1 check-in. The beach chairs were awesome to have when planning day trips to the many beaches. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hibiscus Suites and would recommend it to other small families.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Karen was friendly and more than happy to suggest local activities and restaurant's. We appreciated the kayaks, snorkeling gear and beach towels. We also enjoyed our time on the Lady Grace Catamaran. The crew and lunch provided was wonderful. Thank you Karen for a lovely stay in your home.

The host was very response to any questions we had. The location is perfect for the sunrise. The beach is within a few minutes of walking distance and is beautiful. It is almost private! Perfect for a family beach vacation. The host had chairs, Kayak, and SUP boards on the beach which made it easy to enjoy the already calm, beautiful beach The Weber grill was an extra item that we enjoyed cooking our steak dinner! Ann was an excellent host. I felt well informed and supported from the time I booked the property for my birthday until we departed. The location is beautiful and spacious. My travel companions and I had a memorable time in TCI. Ann’s place felt like a “home away from home”. We’ll definitely book with Ann again in the near future.

This Airbnb was awesome! La Vista is a gorgeous outdoor hotel with amazing views and amenities listed. Jason was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Great restaurants within the hotel and nearby. Beaches are amazing!

The home was beautiful. It was easy to find. It included everything Noelle explained. And the private beach behind the facility was a plus. The only problem I had was not having a large size broom due to the confetti and party things we had for the celebration ( we wanted to clean behind our self)

My feedback is based primarily on the unit size, location, pool and host. We have stayed at Yacht Club a couple times and love the marina view and how quit it is. The bed is very comfortable! The unit is 3rd floor and the view to the North of the sea is awesome and the view from the patio is of the Marina, beautiful at night! We love to cook and grill and this is part of the reason we do the ABnB. However there is no grill and the kitchen is only stocked with bare bones items (I did not downgrade the review because we should have asked more questions). Cleanliness of furniture and general cleaning needs to be improved. Thanks for making this available to us.

Danielle is a top notch hostess. She has provided helpful recos, always responsive and super friendly. The property is spacious, clean, quiet, with everything you need for a perfect stay including generous number of towels.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Mark and Lili’s condo was clean, quiet, well appointed and had ample parking. Mark was super responsive throughout the entire process and provided a very clear and thorough welcome message to us. And the rental price was extremely reasonable as compared to the very pricey all inclusive resorts. We would definitely stay here again. We were in walking distance to several nearby restaurants and particularly enjoyed Magnolias and Mango Reef. We were in walking distance to Grace Beach too. We rented a car and visited other lovely beaches on Providenciales as well, like Sapodilla. And one day we took the TCI ferry to North Caicos, rented a car and drove to Bambara Beach and Mudjin Harbor Beach on Middle Caicos which were spectacular and remote. The condo was a great location from which we could easily get to all of our outings on our trip. Highly recommended.

Second time staying at Yonette’s beautiful ocean view condo overlooking Turtle Cove. The views of Grace Bay are spectacular, the contrasts of the colors of the water on the bay are stunning! We went to 4 great restaurants in the area; each one has its own flair and food and drinks were delicious! Beach access is close by with beach chairs and great high quality beach towels provided, and the bath towels were just as luxurious, not your normal hotel towel! Queen Angel is very quiet, coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over Grace Bay and then enjoy the setting sun from the front porch before heading out to dinner! Love this place and the effort Yonette makes to create a home away from home. Property Manager Melicia was responsive, and helpful but we really didn’t any help because everything was perfect! Hope to be back next year! Thanks Yonette! Love your condo!

Gemma's place is perfect for a couple visiting Turks! Don't let the location fool you – no, it's not in Grace Bay exactly, but close to unspoiled quieter beaches, great restaurants and walking distance to Turtle Cove – all making it a terrific value! The host provides everything you'll need, plus helpful tips on what to bring to save money at the grocery stores! Beauty balcony with views of the ocean. It's an end unit so privacy is more than most. I wish the condo building had an elevator, bit of a hike up the stairs when carrying gear. Otherwise, heartily recommended!!

Amazing stay at this studio unit - condo is super close to all the amenities and beach. Check in/check out super easy and seamless. Super comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, beautiful pool and it felt super secure and safe. If you’re thinking of booking, just do it!! everything was excellent! you can’t get any better than this in such a convenient location
