A beautifully peaceful location - ideal for anyone who loves fishing/canoeing. The chalet is a wonderful mini retreat location, that’s exactly what it says it is. Wonderful hosts who made our stay very easy - even having a lit fire and fresh bread waiting for us on arrival. Thank you so much!

This is my second time staying at this wonderful place. Super friendly host, very nice space. The only negative thing for the location it is very hilly, and to come back from town it’s a bit of a climb up the hill. But what we’ve learnt, there is a courtesy bus from the RSL which can come and pick you up and drop you off, which makes it easy!

A comfortable stay in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge, as well as plenty of pantry and bench space. The coffee machine and dishwasher were welcome additions too. Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Talbingo. Our hosts were so responsive and thoughtful. They left us a beautiful hamper of handy items with some lovely Christmas touches as we were there for Christmas Day. The house has everything you need and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful Snowy Mountains in the summer from our base in Talbingo. The back deck is amazing and we loved seeing the cockatoos come in for their daily feed. I didn’t have phone service (with Optus) but that’s no fault of the hosts! Thanks so much Michelle and Simon for making our Christmas so special. 🙏🎄
