Accessible sya sa mga tourist spots and super home away from home ung vibe nya. Ang ganda ng neighbourhood nila and secured sya with 24/7 guards. Sobrang responsive din ng host sa mga queries ko.. I really recommend the place and will sure to book it again pag balik namin baguio 😊

The property is bigger than expected and very spacious, lots of windows and has an extra CR, it also has parking space. Will definitely be back and book this place again.

Virgie is a Superhost. She was nice and accommodating. Our request to book her place on a weekend was a short-notice check-in before dawn, check-out before sunset, a 15-hour stay for a group of 7 including kids and a Maltese pet dog. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The place was clean, homey, spacious, and indeed cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We left our dog and vehicle when we went on a stroll because we're not used to driving on steep uphill roads of Baguio City. We were allowed to invite 3 visitors to join us for lunch, 2 hours before check-out. We are thankful for a good experience, and we're likely to book again in the future.

We had a great time at Billy’s place. He is very responsive and assisted us until we checked out. The place is huge and very clean when we arrived. Has an amazing view and the best part is they allow pets to stay. We will surely come back!

Great place to stay, peaceful the only struggle that we have is the stairs. but Michael's place is worth it, will recommend this place.

The place is at least a 15-20 minute walk from the plaza, Session Road, Burnham Park. It is close to the main road so public transpos are accessible. Though it might be a bit of labor to walk most specially if you're going to bring an elderly (since the place is at the 2nd floor of the house). Nevertheless, our overall experience for our stay was great. Would recommend this to my friends!

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! I had the most wonderful experience staying at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The communication was top-notch, host and caretakers were incredibly responsive, tho the posted address is wrong they provided clear instructions for check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels, basic cooking needs, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect – quiet yet conveniently close to center of baguio. I especially loved that this place is PET FRIENDLY. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the City, however, I’m not so sure if Sedan Cars will have an easy time going in and out. Thank you for being such a generous, gracious and attentive host!

Awesome place to stay

It was a very nice experience to stay in this unit with my family. I love the beds, the view from the big balcony and the kitchen. Thank you Ms. Rose May for your kind assistance to us.

The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. The amenities they listed are really legit, as you can really see everything in the place. Not to mention that the location of the view is very scenic. Lastly, the fog added a wonderful presentation to the view, making our Baguio experience a very good one.

Ma'am Mia and her caretaker Ms. Janics are very responsive and friendly. All our queries were answered, as this is our first staycation trip reservation since the pandemic hit, we have lots of question regarding the triage. They were even very kind to allow us to check in early and check out late for free. We arrived at Baguio before 10 in the morning and they let us checked in 1 hour ealier. And we booked our trip back to Manila at 6pm and they let us stay at the place until 3pm. We were very grateful and we really appreciate their kindness. The place is also very peaceful. There were signage at the corridors that parties and loud music are not allowed, so it was very perfect for us, as we like to enjoy the places we visit quietly. This trip is to celebrate our son's birthday and our anniversary, so our special trip was really made special more because of ma'am Mia's place. This is highly recommendable.

My family had a great stay. The unit is at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind the stairs. Check in was easy, the security guard at the gate was courteous. The place is very private and quiet even if it's just a few minute walk from mines view park. The unit has all the declared amenities and is well kept in general, except some fixtures that need minor repairs/replacement. Place is also pet friendly. Carlo was also very responsive with our concerns, definitely a great host. We'd love to stay again for our future Baguio trips.

Perfect location in the city, since it’s only a few meters away from SM and the cathedral. I had a great time staying at Mark’s place and Ate Rose was also responsive. Highly recommended!
