thank you for hosting us during our son's 7th bday, despite the weather condition and brownouts we had wonderful time the home felt very homy I really envy your home the surroundings plus the wide room and furniture suits a family with inclusive privacy for each guest! we hope to booked your place again!

Our group had booked this place thrice already and we always feel at home everytime we are here. The caretaker and the owner always make ensure that we will all feel comfortable during our stay.

Most of my summers as a child were spent in Baguio. So I wanted to stay in a home that offered nostalgic Baguio feels but with modern amenities—Ecohouse offered these and so much more. The house is located in a quiet village. It was very clean—from the bathrooms, rooms, kitchen, and even the garden was well maintained. We had planned to go around town and visit some places, but we ended up staying at home because we absolutely loved the place (kids included!). The vibe of the house was super chill and cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable. We appreciated all the little details: insect repellent, IKEA kitchenware and bath mats, cozy comforters and blankets, free coffee & cookies, and mindful eco practices. Coordinating with Ruth was a breeze. She is a welcoming host who answered all our queries instantly, provided detailed instructions, and offered comprehensive suggestions on places to eat. Our experience at Ecohouse was memorable. We will be back!!!

We arrived late which was kindly accommodated. The house is really spacious with a pool room too. Location is a little out of town but then that means its quieter.

A great place to stay when in Baguio. Just a walk away from parks and amenities. Overall the pleace was clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

accommodating host. flexible check in and check out. was able to accommodate my entire family and friends and walkable to session road. about 15 mins. near to sm also. less than 15 mins I think.

host and kuya charlie the care taker was very accommodating and responsive on time to the questions and request.. place is very perfect for people me who wanted to experience simple yet clean listing. Not a typical place… it is very recommended to bring your own off lotion or anything to stop having insects bite you as mentioned in the listing page as well. We’ll definitely recommend this place and other Host’s place.

This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

Me and my cousins stayed at this place during NYE. The vibe of the place was really nice with the beach up front. The host, Juan Paulo, was really accommodating as there were changes with our booking (from 5 pax to 10 pax) and he was kind enough to provide us a separate additional villa to accommodate our increased count and to add to that both rooms were spacious and clean. The caretakers were really nice as well. Would love to return here sometime again.

This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

place was as discribed. looked new and well kept. complete , mindful when we said we’d have kids. even provided bathrobes for them coz there’s a pool, a thoughtful gesture 🙂 thanks Ronie! most of the furniture were Ikea, nice and organized, losts of beds. really cozy, we slept really well. keep in mind that the way in and out is steep, but was doable even with a full packed van 👍🏼

Host was responsive and managed to set expectations

Great place, great location and great host. Just note if you want to frequently go into town this might not be the best choice. but if you want a secluded place you can't beat it. You are surrounded by nature. Nothing but the sounds of frogs, insects and quiet. Breathtaking views. Nice restaurants, with good prices, within a 2-min walk.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. One of the best parts was that they warmly welcomed our three dogs at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The unit was well-equipped with thoughtful touches, including free 7 liters of water and coffee, fresh towels, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and cozy, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

One of the best Airbnb experience I've had. Co-host contact was responsive when we were near the place and even accommodated our early check in! (Given it was already available) Amenities and other things were already included from complete kitchenware(microwave, oven toaster, etc) to bathroom needs (soap, shampoo, and heater!) to pillows and bedding. Big bonus: 1. They provide a water dispenser(hot and cold) for drinking, 2. They have their own parking slot! 3. They have a bidet! 4. They provide house slippers. Special Bonus: 1. Fast reliable WiFi! Stable wifi that got me through a series of meetings in Gmeet and Teams. Very good for those on workation. 30-50 Mbps! 2. Free NETFLIX - They have their own account so you don't need to log in yours! Will surely return if I ever see myself in Baguio again! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Baguio! Ms. Anaflor and Ate Neng were very warm and welcoming, even letting us wait inside when we arrived early. Very authentic feel for Baguio and Philippines life, the nearby laundry, pure gold grocery are only short walk. Impressed the most with friendliness and support from hosts. Don’t hesitate to grab this stay for your Vacation.
