My First visit to Baguio The accommodation was easy to find Ate Karen and her husband are very helpful caretakers, the house is large and has a vintage New England vibe about it dark wood with a nautical theme off road parking for 1 car. If you are a large family this is a suitable property there are a few steps so people with mobility issues could struggle I would happily book again

We had a great time spending 3 days and 2 nights at Ruths place. The place is clean, well maintained, offered a lot of entertainment with stable internet connection. Ruth was very accommodating and gracious with our requests. Ate Carmen, the caretaker was also very helpful and hospitable. This eco house is such an experience. Will definitely go back! PS: Thank you for the coffee and munchies!

The place is same as what is listed. It is clean and spacious and easy to be located. Commuting is no problem as you can easily get a taxi along highway. No need for fan as it is already very cold especially at night. The wifi is fast but just within the living room and dining/ kitchen area. There's weak to no wifi at all when you already inside the bedroom. Other than that everything is great. Thank you!

Stayed in Wesley’s place for 3 days. Whole place matched the description and is big, spacious, clean, complete and very much accessible. Caretaker is kind, welcoming and helpful as well. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay when in Baguio. Plus points for Wesley for being so accommodating and so responsive.

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! I had the most wonderful experience staying at this place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The communication was top-notch, host and caretakers were incredibly responsive, tho the posted address is wrong they provided clear instructions for check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The thoughtful touches, like fresh towels, basic cooking needs, made me feel right at home. The location was perfect – quiet yet conveniently close to center of baguio. I especially loved that this place is PET FRIENDLY. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the City, however, I’m not so sure if Sedan Cars will have an easy time going in and out. Thank you for being such a generous, gracious and attentive host!

host and kuya charlie the care taker was very accommodating and responsive on time to the questions and request.. place is very perfect for people me who wanted to experience simple yet clean listing. Not a typical place… it is very recommended to bring your own off lotion or anything to stop having insects bite you as mentioned in the listing page as well. We’ll definitely recommend this place and other Host’s place.

This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

Me and my cousins stayed at this place during NYE. The vibe of the place was really nice with the beach up front. The host, Juan Paulo, was really accommodating as there were changes with our booking (from 5 pax to 10 pax) and he was kind enough to provide us a separate additional villa to accommodate our increased count and to add to that both rooms were spacious and clean. The caretakers were really nice as well. Would love to return here sometime again.

This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

Great place, great location and great host. Just note if you want to frequently go into town this might not be the best choice. but if you want a secluded place you can't beat it. You are surrounded by nature. Nothing but the sounds of frogs, insects and quiet. Breathtaking views. Nice restaurants, with good prices, within a 2-min walk.

Great place! It was so hard to get around Baguio given that its crowded and taxis are hard to book. Thankfully, the place was so peaceful, so we didn’t really mind not being able to explore the city as much as we wanted to.

The place was so cozy and relaxing that we ended up extending our stay after originally booking for just two nights. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

I seldom put detailed reviews whenever I book a stay. But Ms. Anaflor’s place deserves it. The place felt like home away from home. There’s a unique vibe here that will make you extend your stay. It’s a perfect place to relax and be at peace - alone or even with your loved ones. Location is very near from the heart of the city. Always a less than 20-30 mins drive away from the famous spots in Baguio. You’ll be welcomed by Ate Ning (the caretaker), and the 4 friendly dogs named Jagger, Shadow, Choco and Dober. You’ll also meet the lovely Lola Basilia if you’re planning to walk outside around 7-9am. If you meet her, please do talk to her. It will definitely make her day if you’ll do so. ☺️ They have complete utensils. Towels, bath and dish soaps are provided too. Free condiments for cooking are also available plus you can enjoy unlimited barako coffee. Lastly, they have fast internet & a spacious parking space so no need to worry. We will surely come back here again!

Very authentic feel for Baguio and Philippines life, the nearby laundry, pure gold grocery are only short walk. Impressed the most with friendliness and support from hosts. Don’t hesitate to grab this stay for your Vacation.
