Monthly Rentals in Tsukiji

This is my second time staying long-term at Section L. While it is a notch pricier than other airbnbs you may be able to find, and the units can be a bit small/tightly packed, the service is excellent here. The staff are the best part of the experience - they're all super responsive and friendly, and eager to help with any issues big or small. The finishings of the units are new and clean. And the free weekly cleaning service was extremely convenient. The hotel also goes out of its way to make guests feel special - from happy hour drinks in the lobby, to free coffee pods, to small gifts/snacks left at the door on holidays and birthdays. The last part is probably what sets Section L from most other airbnb hotel stays!

My stay in Waseda was amazing! The location is pretty much perfect - easy access to fun stuff in Shinjuku / Shibuya, but far enough away that it's quiet and chill. Lots of good restaurants nearby, plus transit via Waseda station or Takadanobaba made it pretty easy to get anywhere. The Airbnb itself was, you know, pretty petite, but it had pretty much everything I needed to have a nice 2 month stay. My only qualm was the lack of uhh shelf space (I had to move stuff from the closet onto the floor behind the bed in order to have space in thee for my clothes), but I'm also a bit messy and disorgnanized. The hosts were very responsive and fixed issues very quickly as I brought them up.

A great apartment in the heart of Ginza. It was amazing to go out for a jog around the Imperial Gardens every morning. The place is crowded with tourists but the street where the residence is fairly quiet. Customer support was very helpful. I will definitely come back!

Mariko was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay and had put a lot of effort into exposing how to use everything with drawings attached in a binder. The place was very cosy and had enough room for the 2 of us. Not a big issue for us but the wifi was a bit slow at times. The place was an easy walk to the station that took us directly to shinjuku and there was a lovey walk along the river as well. There were plenty of places to eat and shop near the place if we need quick supplies as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it. P.s. the kotatsu was amazing!
