Nothing to say as usual!! Clean, spacious and functional home!!! Nkemba always available in case of any need and very responsive. He provides all the toiletries (toothbrush, razor, shower gel...) also a bottle of water as well as coffee for the machine !! Excellent 👍

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot

Spacious, quiet, except maybe a little traffic noise on the boulevard side but it's not inconvenient because the rooms are on the other side. The terrace, on the boulevard, remains very nice. The accommodation is impeccable and well equipped. The first wooden houses in the city center of Troyes are 2 minutes walk away, so the apartment is very well located. Just follow the guidelines to the letter and it's easy to check in. In short, a very good address.
