Great location, gorgeous view, perfect flat for my boyfriend and I. Remi was very responsive especially more so since the booking was very last minute. I really appreciate it. He was super helpful and gave great advices. We could surf thanks to the miracle weather forecast. Definitely our favourite spot in Cap Breton/Hossegor.

Nice and very quiet apartment probably due to the winter season. Very nice place thanks to the lake and the multiple walks possible. Just two small suggestions on the practical side: A toaster would be appreciated; and on the bathroom side, a shower head wall hook would make it easy for people with very long hair (our case) to wash their heads easily.

A very well located apartment close to the city while being located in a quiet area. The view and environment are beautiful ,the equipment of the apartment and terrace is very very complete. Beautiful house. Bright, in a beautiful context, tastefully furnished and where nothing is out of place. Wonderful awaken in the morning in front of the huge glass window with beautiful views in front and spectacular sunsets in the evening. Very equipped for those who want to cook, which we have often done since we arrived at night by the various laps in the beautiful places nearby. Convenient location x turn the blue thing. Antibes on the other hand was a beautiful surprise. Beautiful old town and beaches even in winter. Giulia is young, friendly, dynamic and precise. It immediately put us at ease. Very bright studio, clean , very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secured in the parking lot of the building, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a great time at the place. The place is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, as well as tennis courts are nearby and accessible. We will be back!

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Whenever I had a problem or didn't understand something in the apartment Alexandre responded quickly. There were a couple of minor issues but they were quickly resolved. The apartment was also close to the Institut de Francais which I was attending. I look forward to returning to the apartment.
