Monthly Rentals in Trestles Beach

Me and my boyfriend’s stay at Bryce’s place was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kent & Bryce were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself was perfect! It matched the description and was exactly what we thought it would be. It was clean, cozy, and the location is great! Bryce was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Me and my Marine husband stayed in lovely Amy’s place for a month. It was best choice we ever made! Perfect location for work in Camp Pendleton, to walk to the beach like literally 5mins away. Downtown is also 5mins drive or 45mins walk. We walked around as many times as we can. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the beach as well. Also Amy! She is super professional. We had an issue with laundry, she handled it quick and smoothly which we were very grateful about it. We definitely would love to stay again. (My husband already misses an office chair in Amy’s place haha)

Hands-down, it was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed at yet, extremely convenient amenities-everything snd more that was advertised. Sara and Shawn were always available if we needed them for anything. All the appliances in the kitchen were high and in decorations were very tasteful Who would definitely recommend this placed to friends and relatives.

The location, amenities and condition of the condo was awesome. You fell asleep hearing the waterfall outside. The little patio was a nice spot to have your morning coffee or relax and read. The grocery store was less than 5 min away and access to the 5, outlets 10 min as well as the beach. The internet was a bit sketchy so if you needed it for work not sure if it would work. To access the condo you need to walk along a sidewalk around the buildings and up a set of stairs about 10 steps..important if you have mobility issues or are not strong enough to get your bags up. This might actually be mentioned in the description but can’t remember if it was. This was not an issue for us. The condo is perfect for 1 or a couple. Although the bathroom isn’t as updated as the rest of the condo it is clean and perfectly functional with the added bonus of the washer and dryer, both brand new. This rental was a pleasant surprise and I’d definitely rent it again! Marina and Holly were great hosts.
