Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Townsend

Place was perfect for our quick getaway. Convenient and exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

If you are looking for clean, quiet, and close to everything downtown this is the place. Home was stocked with all you need except groceries. I took my kids to go tubing on Ober Mountain and the Ripley’s Aquarium. We walked easily to the Sky tram and Aquarium. Once I unloaded and locked the car we didn’t use it again until we left. Home is small but comfortable and checked all the boxes for our stay.

very impressed! I felt safe as a single girl . very quiet. even left a note of where the fire extinguisher was for visitors (comes in handy in case I cooked Lol- I don't). I felt safe & at peace. above and beyond. great neighborhood as well. let me extend my stay after an abrupt change in other plans. grateful it was open

Such a great stay! The cabin has a few apartments so to say, and they are super cozy! You get that cabin feel and the views are amazing! We loved the location. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

By far the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful views from both balconies, kitchen and bathrooms were all spotless, bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Spacious accommodations. Very well equipped for both short and long term stays. Clean and well heated controlled by guests. Because our stay was in the winter, unfortunately we didn’t have the weather to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch. Maybe next time!

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Cute little home right outside of downtown Knoxville. We walked downtown from the house and we also drove. Both options were very easy. This house is also very close to the river which has a great view of the city and football stadium.

This house was very comfortable for my family. It fit 6 of us exactly how we needed. It felt clean and fresh when we came in, comfortable common spaces, and a downstairs family room that my teen loved. Karla was very responsive to all questions and accommodating to us. We had a minor issue opening the front door at a late hour and she responded and resolved the problem immediately.

We had a great weekend! Super cute & very close to the wedding venue we were going to. Close to lots of attractions yet very peaceful & private. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at Olga’s place! The place was clean, spacious, had parking within a few feet of the door, and had a place to be able to walk my 2 pups. I loved that even though the place is pet friendly, you couldn’t even tell that other pets had stayed there before! No smell or pet hair anywhere. It was in a quiet area and not far from the main Pigeon Forge attractions. I felt safe the whole time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Had a nice and private back porch with the hot tub. The inside had plenty of seating and the kitchen was well stocked with plates/bowls and things to cook with. The basement was super fun with the pool and poker tables and a huge TV in the living room with a Roku to use all of our streaming platforms

Joel’s home was very clean and accommodating! Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. It was an easy drive to downtown with all the amazing restaurants.

My family and I had a great time during our holiday vacation, and by staying somewhere without pet fees, really helped with our stay. We are close to the Sevierville shopping areas and restaurants and away from the busy traffic. Thank you for letting us stay here and making memories for our holiday trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara and Ed apartment. Everything was clean, the location was perfect because the traffic at the city is really heavy at least in Christmas and you can go walking from the apartment to the restaurant and the most important places in Gatlinburg, just 15 minutes walking. The beds were really comfortable and the balcony was a plus because it is a good place to relax and drink a coffee with the sound of the river. We’ll definitely be back again.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at chicken place! Conveniently located to everything on the downtown strip. Very private and quiet. Loved waking up to the river covered in snow!

Beautiful space and great location. There was so much to do, my family and I went specifically for Dollywood (right around the corner, we could see the rides and fireworks from the pool) but we could’ve stayed another week + to do all of the other local attractions! The spot was more beautiful than the pictures and I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home! Also, the washer and dryer in unit was great, we came home with only the laundry on our bodies! A mother’s dream, no laundry after vacation! Would absolutely stay again, thank you for allowing us into your space.

We walked in and absolutely LOVED the Christmas decor 🤍🎄 beautiful and CLEAN!! everything was so nice and even left a Christmas card for us ☺️ THANKYOU for helping us make some wonderful Christmas family memories the past few days ! We will def be staying again

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.
