Very nice accommodation, very well decorated, faithful to the photos! Jean-Philipe and Julie are responsive and friendly hosts, they responded very quickly to our questions. We highly recommend!!

I was not able to meet Laurence, but everything went very well with a remote key exchange. The apartment is great, well connected by transport and it is really well equipped. Close to the gym so ideal when you come to do sports competitions in Wattignies!

After a slight mess to find the lockbox, we had a great time. A functional and well decorated apartment, nice hosts, a location neither too close nor too far from the city center... What more could you ask for? Chocolates? Well ... there was! Thank you Mathilde

I had a great time in this studio that I have a week during professional training. I appreciated the quality of the interaction with the host and being able to be welcomed earlier than expected as was possible, this ability to adapt. The studio is bright and nicely decorated, it feels good. It is located close to all amenities: bakeries, park, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend it! Thanks to my guests.

The place is in a quiet neighbourhood and a great location, 2 stops to Rihour if taking the Metro otherwise just under a 15-minute walk towards the Grand Palais. The host is very nice and friendly. She even checks up on us if everything is going well. My family enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it!

We had a lovely weekend in this very comfortable, quiet and welcoming accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful walks we were able to take along the Deûle. The parking space is a real plus (it's very easy to park in the secure parking of the residence) as well as the responsiveness of the hosts!

There was so much violence and racial hatred going on in France and England (arson attacks on rail network in France, far-right riots in England) and yet this abode offered a cocooning environment from the storm. Calm and serene. I met an African brother in Charles.

I highly recommend this listing which is as advertised. This home is very peaceful and located in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and have great tips on places to visit.

Wonderful place with a great heated pool and beautiful surroundings. When we arrived everything was there. Breakfast for the first day, towels and toilet paper, beds were made and everything was cleaned. Michel and Christine are very kind, showed us around and we’re helpful with any request (like arranging a BBQ for us that wasn’t there initially). The garden is lovely, pool is great, we picked some berries and kids played on the slide, swings and trampoline (that are getting quite old and ready for replacement, but still used and enjoyed by us). Only minor was the lawn mowers noise every now and then, but apart from that everything was really, really nice. And though the place was clean, it was not allergen free (I think pets are allowed so that was to be expected).

Recent 3 rooms with impeccable cleanliness, very available and flexible owner, the pool as a bonus. Very nice starting point to visit Lille.
