Vacation rentals with a kayak in Touraine

Marisa is a very friendly host! Her cottage is ideal for a week with the family: everything is there for the children, very clean and bedding of very good quality! This cottage is a haven of peace in the middle of the many castles to visit. I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant, relaxing and very natural atypical accommodation. We wanted to recharge our batteries and it was totally the case. James and Sylvie were admirable and attentive to us. We were able to talk for a long time in words and conviviality!! You want a pure moment of happiness, go there without hesitation.

The cottage is very pleasant, well-equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The environment is beautiful with the châtelet. We stayed as a group of 6 and had a fantastic time! Cedric was very friendly and helpful throughout, especially when welcoming us in at the start of our stay and showing us around, in very good English. There was loads of space in the charming house for us, we loved the homey feel and the gorgeous surroundings, especially the river view, which was even better from the included kayaks! We enjoyed the pool every day, and barbequeued and ate out on the lovely terrace every evening. The bikes were great for getting into Chatellerault for the extra people who couldn't fit in the car, much recommended over walking it! We really felt we benefitted from the house having been lived in before, all the little details were well thought through, particularly in the kitchen everything was very well catered for and nicely laid out.

We had a wonderful stay as a group. Three families with children; all found something to do their happiness in this splendid house. The common living spaces are pleasant and spacious, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and the foosball table has brought together young and old around wild parts. Our biggest favorite was the heated indoor pool. An undeniable asset to occupy the children at the end of the day after visiting one of the many sites to see in the region. A big thank you to Adeline who welcomed us so well and was very responsive and accommodating during our stay.

We had a great time, the place is beautiful and invites calm and rest. The children were amazed by the house, the opportunities for walks, the animals, the swing under the big weeping willow and especially the boat ride. Sarah was very welcoming and had attention to all of us:) We highly recommend, if you love nature you may not be disappointed

We needed somewhere to rest and catchup with each other having very stressful work lives , this location and accommodation was ideal as it was peaceful yet still close to busy areas if needed
