Pleasant stay at Nicolas's. Everything was as described. The accommodation is in a good location, with free parking within walking distance. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the overhead projector is very much appreciated. Indeed, the hot water tank is small but you just have to organize yourself.

Very clean accommodation and peaceful place. The accommodation is very close to the tram (≈5min) so you can then access the city center in 5 minutes.

Perfect for a moment for two (or more😜), very well-equipped, very clean, tasteful decoration, in short, perfect!

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 6 months as I did an Erasmus internship in Tours. This apartment was the best option for us. During this time, my partner was working remotely. Great: The kitchen is very well equipped (there is even a raclette/fondue machine!☺️) Bed linen, towels, etc., were provided in sufficient quantity, which allowed to always have a clean set while washing another one No need to buy furniture or subscribe to an internet subscription, you can settle in without worrying about something:) Saint-Cyr is a beautiful and quiet city, with a bus stop nearby to get to Tours Lucie was always responsive and accommodating: in case of any problem, everything was quickly resolved I would highly recommend this apartment, especially for longer stays! 😃 We didn't miss anything and have a great memory of our strange stay

Large and quiet apartment, also convenient. It was easy to find the location and the possibility to park while unloading is appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again if I return to Tours.

Long-term booking. The accommodation matches the description and is close to the center of Tours and shops. The pluses are the kitchen, bathroom and secure parking. Note that there is no house opposite or facing each other, allowing for quiet accommodation. The accommodation is clean and Tony is responsive to any requests.

The house is totally in line with the listing, perfect for meeting with friends or family with young children. Easy check-in, responsive host and available when needed. Common areas are spacious, there is a lot of cooking equipment. The setting is bucolic and invites you to completely disconnect! We had a great stay.

We had a magical stay at Stephane’s place. The house is a charming mixture of old and new and the games room was a real hit. Many a happy hour was spent playing pool and trampolining. The swimming pool was beautifully maintained and we swam at least 3 times a day. We ate outside almost everyday under the shade of a tree with a gentle breeze. They have a couple of resident cats. One we didn’t really see but the other was very friendly and enjoyed being stoked by people of all ages and its favourite spot for sleeping was at our feet 😊. We didn’t explore much of the local area because the house was such a lovely place to be but Le Mans was a great day out. It is worth noting the in August much of France shuts down for their holidays but there are always local supermarkets that are open. There was also much more to the house with its amazing sound systems (real record players and Alexa for example) and movie projector that we didn’t get round to exploring.

I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Laurène's place is ideal for a short stay at Futuroscope. The park is within walking distance, it's very nice. Beds made, towels are available, and most importantly, an assortment of breakfast products are a big plus. It was perfect for us. In addition, the interaction with Laurène was at its best.

Very nice host and concerned about these guests. Perfect location for visiting the city on foot. The idea of a comfortable common kitchen/dining/living area is very well received. For those who want to stay alone there are also kitchen and dining facilities in the rooms.
