Monthly Rentals in Topping

We had a wonderful time staying at Nita's cabin, looked just like the pictures and was as quiet and peaceful as expected. We even had a lovely morning visit from her labradoodle. Nita was very hospitable and greeted us once we arrived, explaining to us about the amenities the land had to offer. She even has a binder put together about the land, local restaurants, and other needs to knows. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We have been lucky enough to stay at Lauren’s super cute little home two times. Hope to be able to stay more. Super quiet and Lauren is very attentive. Thank you again Lauren!!

My wife and I absolutely loved the cottage at Locklies Innlet. The combination of the beautiful water views and the cozy fireplace was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make our breakfasts every morning, and there was a terrific restaurant in walking distance. The cottage was very clean and welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Cornelia was extremely friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

A lovely house very well equipped. We appreciated all the extras Tom had put in the house, plenty of warm bedding, large fluffy towels, condiments in the kitchen etc. lovely quiet road with easy access to Deltaville and the Chesapeake croquet club where we were playing.
