Monthly Rentals in Tolo

This was our second time staying here. I can’t recommend it enough. The space is clean, with new appliances. beautifully situated, and extremely peaceful and private.

If this Airbnb is available- rent it! I travel to Medford frequently for work and this is the best place I’ve stayed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with little through traffic. It’s located less than 10 minutes from both hospitals and close to pretty much all of Medford’s restaurants/local activities. The space is larger than anticipated and equipped with everything needed. I LOVED having two mini splits- I’d have the living area warm and cozy while keeping the bedroom cool for sleeping. Thank you Britt!!

I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo's studio apartment! It was clean, new, comfortable, and very quiet! The bed was comfortable (although it's a full size, not queen), and the room is spacious. There is no view, but that's not what I was there for, and the price point is excellent. I appreciated the ability to park in the driveway, which was spacious enough for my 4-door, and the in-room laundry facility was perfect. Did I mention it was clean and quiet?!Also, although I don't currently have a fur-baby, I love that this is a pet-friendly stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Michael’s place is beautiful—clean, tidy, and very quiet, with elegant decor. He was super responsive and hospitable. I’d love to stay again next time I’m in town!
