This place is beyond than great! The location is great- a lot of restaurants, faramcias and super markets in a distance of walking. The barrio La pola- i felt safe The building- the pool and gym are great, the porteria and the guards are super friendly Ariel- was one of the best hosts i have had. Super responsive and very helpful. Look, you will not find this combination on this price in this area, its an insane deal. If i could give more than 5 stars id give. Really.

I stayed for a month in the apartment and it was beautiful. The neighborhood has EVERYTHING you need to live quietly. The bus to the center passes in front of the residence but, likewise, there are always taxis available and it is cheap to get anywhere. The residence is full of children so it feels very safe and familiar. I found the situation slightly uncomfortable with the vigilantes who very then stop you to ask you which apartment you are, but that also does not speak bad of the place as there is security. Always great communication at all times.

The place is one of the best neighborhoods of Armenia, very quiet, very safe. Very good starting point to do a lot in the nearby villages of Salento, Circasia, etc. On the ground floor is a small supermarket to provide yourself with the essentials. The entire infrastructure is a few minutes' walk away. Access is secured with private security. An underground parking space is available. Our host always responded within a few minutes, which made the booking, arrival and stay very pleasant. We'll be back.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful location, and yet only 8 minutes walk to the centre of town on a well lit path. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden, where Marylena puts out food to attract a stunning variety of birds in the mornings. The apartment is very quiet and tranquil and is very strongly recommended.
