Beautiful hidden gem in the historic area of Merida. Our favorite hangout spot was the atrium since it was so peaceful . Everything was clean which is always welcome especially with a young family. Great restaurants and museums are close by. Definitely recommended.

It was a nice place and just what we needed as we were going to a medical theme around the area and it accommodated us very well, the cleanliness and the facilities very well. On the last day we had a problem with the water heater and we communicated it and they offered to repair it but since we were leaving so we had no major problem and we communicated it only for your subsequent reservations. Thank you for everything and we look forward to returning soon.

Really immaculate place to stay, it was stunning. Worth every penny. Such a secluded and serene spot, the courtyard in the middle is a dream. Great kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathrooms, and the pool is fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, highly recommended.

It was a memorable stay. The photos don't do it justice because the house is incredibly beautiful. Everything was perfect! As soon as we arrived everything was at our disposal and much more than we hoped. Maria is kind, she makes us feel like it's our home. She was quick to respond. We'll definitely be back!

I think the most outstanding feature when I compare to other properties in Mérida wAs the layout in terms of privacy for three couples (or small families). It was a very spacious and pretty space and was a lovely place to return to after our adventures, both inside and outside of Mérida You will have to walk a little bit to get to the main action, but we were up for that and wanted to be in a neighborhood. Eduardo and Fabiola were very responsive.

We liked the house very much, very spacious and located near squares and supermarkets. The area is super quiet, at night no noise and with a lot of privacy. Highly recommended for large families, with large spaces. Everything is very clean and pleasant, with everything you need to be at home. The only thing, is that we were in a period of little heat and in the common areas there is no air conditioning, only fans (very good by the way) and I don't know if in a hot season that can be something a little uncomfortable, but in the rooms there are airs. Otherwise, everything was excellent

The house is really nice, it's very clean, Don José is a very friendly person and was attentive the whole time and was very flexible with the schedules. It has the necessary to have an pleasant stay. The house is really nice!!! I highly recommend it, if you have a chance, come!!! We will definitely be back many more times, thank you very much Don José!

The place is great! We felt right at home, we didn't miss anything - Gianna and Brian thought of everything and provided all the necessary information in advance. They were always available and very friendly. Each of the bedrooms leads to the pool - a really nice haven to relax in. 100% referral. :)

The accommodation as in the photos, the location was good, July was always attentive to any unforeseen communication was quick and effective, the beds were very comfortable to rest, I would definitely return. Everything was excellent!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was of course also very nice for the children (and ourselves😊). The king size bed was super included very good pillows. You do need a car to get around easily (Mérida city). One small note: the dogs across the street dare to bark (but not lucky at night).
