Clean, well equipped house at peaceful and serene location.

This is a wonderful, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. Having a clean and private swimming pool is an absolute luxury. Prashant and Ragni are wonderful hosts and can't do enough to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable giving advice on things to do and sharing knowledge of the local area and India as a whole. The only negative is the amount of litter and rubbish which seems to be a problem throughout Goa. This is not a reflection on the standard of accommodation we had and not something Prashant and Ragini can do much about. Overall we had a wonderful two months and would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a peaceful stay in Goa. Thankyou Prashant and Ragni.

The stay was great, just as shown in the pictures. The place is clean and has all the required amenities as mentioned in the list. The caretakers were indeed very pleasant, they also helped us in booking our travel accomodation. Great place to stay!

Best for a staycation! This time, we saw a different side of Goa—very serene and peaceful. We had a 3-day stay here, and the place completely rejuvenated us. The apartment is extremely well-maintained, with a flexible check-in process. Local cafes are available, but online food delivery usually takes 30-45 minutes. There are sufficient kitchen appliances and utensils to cook and heat food. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay and relax
