Monthly Rentals in Thawi Watthana

The room is clean and cozy, exactly the same as in the picture with all the described amenities offered! All in all the place was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Just 5 mins walk to MRT, shopping mall and market. Kongkiat and Gail are great hosts. Very responsive and very accommodating ! Will stay here again easily :)

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a modern, very well kept high-rise condo building complex with all the needed amenities for long stays including a nice infinity pool and a spacious library/coworking area for those like us who work remotely. The building is located near a ton of excellent street food and restaurant options and just a few minutes walk from a BTS elevated rail station. Koko is super friendly and very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely like to come back at some point. Highly recommended!
