Aneesh’s place is next to the beach - private and peaceful. The place is secluded, safe and surrounded by nature. Aneesh is so kind and generous. From the day I booked his place, he kept in touch, took care of food options, local recommendations and even took us to the Theyyam festival. Our trip was completely unplanned but Aneesh’s recommendations helped us to cover some good places in Kannur. Lastly you must try the home food near the property - deliciously cooked and served by a couple.

I had a wonderful stay this beautiful apartment, view is amazing. The apartment is full of great furniture and well decorated with lots of interesting pictures and items making the whole place feel homely. The kitchen is fully kitted out, making it easy to cook of an evening. The bed was comfortable as too were the pillows. The location is two minutes from the beach, great view to see the sunset and there’s a large supermarket get anything you need and local restaurants near by also. If you’re visiting Kannur by payyamnalam beach I would recommend this wonderful apartment to stay. Anju and Raj were welcoming, helpful with suggestions and great hosts….. Thank you..

Leela Homestay offered a gorgeous and restful escape in a serene setting. The property was spotlessly clean and well-kept, and the balcony had a breathtaking view of the Kuyyali River. A standout highlight was the beautiful outside kitchen, which was fully equipped for family meals. Tom, the owner, was really generous and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at Leela Homestay and would recommend it to anyone looking for peace and relaxation.

Amazing host, beautiful & well maintained property, great play to stay with family!! Pros: 1. 5bhk villa, can easily accommodate a large family 2. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking 3. Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!
