Monthly Rentals in Thai Ban Mai

Probably the best bargain condo in all of Bangkok. Many Sukhumvit airbnbs today (Siam --> Ekkamai) I think are very overpriced. But this location near Bang Chak BTS is very accessible to central Bangkok and even if you don't go there, there is good shopping just one station away in both directions (On Nut Lotus, Punnawithi True Digital mall). The condo is good for one person or a couple. 150 meters away from main road so quiet at night. 711 right next door.

Thanks Nueng and Mim for the stay. I've felt right at home right away. Nueng was very responsive and helpful, the place was exactly as advertised, the amenities were awesome you have everything: a gym, a pool, 7-11, a massage place, a coffee shop, a restaurant... just a stroll away! For me it was a really great value for money, easy to get to wherever I needed with a Grab or BTS. It is outside the touristy area of BKK but had plenty of things around. Ton Sai market is pretty cool, a lot of street food and markets around. Bangna area has also a lot of cool places, a big Muay thai gym in Lasalle area and co working space only few stops away at True Digital. I had a fantastic stay, and if it was available I'd come back again!

Pros: Mei, the host was wonderful and very helpful. The building has nice amenities. There's hardly ever anyone using them. So if you are a remote worker or want to hangout at the rooftop pool you will have the place pretty much to yourself most days. BTS was a quick 3 min walk across the street. Lawsons downstairs to grab last minute things you may need. Also, the next BTS station has a mall that has a nightmarket you can grab a bite to eat. Though its further out, the ride on BTS wasn't bad to get to Asoke, took about 35 mins. The great thing is you're guaranteed a seat since train is pretty empty since its one stop from the end of the line. Inside the unit is comforable for one person & equiped with the basics you will need. Closet space was an added bonus for a studio because it gave much needed storage space and organization. Co -The lining inside comfoter needs to be changed because it doesnt stay in place. - a little road noise because it's facimg a main street.
