Exactly as described and it is very beautiful. It’s a really cosy annexe studio. It is attached to the main house and yet you feel very private. The Green Man is well worth a visit and nearby Ampthill and Aspley Guise are great place to walk the dog. Great touches such as the dog towel, water bowl and loads of treats. Thank you for receiving so many parcels for me as I prepared for my next adventure!! Nicola is definitely the Hostess with the Mostess!! 🥰.

Very nice place, private and squeaky clean. Easy to access with clear instructions. Heaters work VERY well in both rooms. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. A few minor issues: Could put out more towels and washcloths or at least point out where they are stored. Parking is dire--hard to find and sometimes a long walk. Clearer information about when you can park on Victoria Street would be helpful. Finally, most AirBnBs provide basic breakfast items, which were missing from this place. However, all that said, we would definitely use this AirBnB again, and would certainly recommend it to others!

Excellent communication from Robert made us feel welcome from the time of booking through to the end of our stay. He met us in person when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is very remote and quiet, yet local taxi service was extremely reliable. This was the perfect place for visiting friends in Bedfordshire.

WHAT A FIND
 This Airbnb is absolutely perfect. Not only incredibly clean and tidy, but every little detail has been thought through in a meticulous way, which shows how much the hosts truly care. It is fully equipped with absolutely everything. So, if you forget something, don’t worry, it will be there. Dave and Pam are simply the best hosts I have ever stayed with. Perfect communication all the way through. A thoughtful PDF of not only how the place works, but of things to do in the area, and even a specially made video of how to get to the property for before you arrive. Dave is such a lovely person and I really enjoyed talking with him. He went above and beyond what a host needs to do. He even drove out of his way to fix my car’s flat tyre with an electric pump. I told you he has everything! I really can’t recommend the place enough… it truly felt like a home away from home, and that’s not just because of the beautiful property, but the amazing kindness of the hosts.
