Monthly Rentals in Tarata

This is really a fantastic apartment. It's large, light, airy. Has everything you need in the kitchen and laundry. The bedrooms are large and bright and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and spotless with hot water showers. The green area outside is lovely for walking. The apartment is close to everything, shops, restaurants, sights etc. The building security are very friendly and helpful. Wifi excellent. Luis was a brilliant host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here if we ever come back.

Host promptly responded to all communications, including resolving finalizing a form for the visa. Attention to detail on small touches stood out such as providing bottled water upon arrival made a huge difference. Apartment is large with lots of perks such as a music system, books and a laundry machine. Just be aware that the bed is firm and the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. A short and easy way all to the central air however the the small stores in the immediate neighborhood are shut down at night and some of the streets are a bit dark. We felt pretty safe, but might be something for solo travelers to consider. Thank you Maria for a great stay!

The only thing I have to note was that I didn't get that the pool was only available on weekends.
