Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Taos

What a beautiful home and stellar location right near the Rio Grande Gorge. Kat & Massimo’s home feels like part of the surroundings, tucked into the hills and piñon trees. The hike to the hot springs in the gorge is a little less than a mile (one way) from the front steps. The views from the deck with the hot tub were fantastic. The stillness and quiet of the area made disconnecting a breeze. I have stayed in other homes in Taos and this one is at the top of my list. I will be back.

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. The location was excellent—close to everything yet peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Vivien's place highly enough! It is in a very peaceful neighborhood, just north of Taos town...the views of the mountains are spectacular. Watching the bountiful nature outside the huge front window, while drinking our morning coffee was a perfect way to star the day. The location was perfect for us...only a 25 minute drive to Taos ski valley, and about 10 minutes to town. There was no shortage of good restaurants within a short drive. I especially recommend Medley, just at the end of the street. Vivien was an amazing host. She was super responsive, always with great recommendations. The grounds are so charming and unique, such a feast for the eyes. Do yourself a favor, and stay at Vivien's!

We have been coming to Taos for over 26 years now and have stayed at various hotels, bed & breakfasts, etc. We loved this casita! It is a 30 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley, walking distance to shops and restaurants, across the street from Michael's Kitchen... The casita was extra clean and had everything we needed, including privacy space for a teenage boy! Leslie and her husband were so friendly and helpful, and they were so welcoming to our two dogs. We can't wait to stay here again! Thanks again for having us!

The condo was very clean, had nice modern finishes, with plenty of space and a very cool style. It was conveniently located for our extended weekend of snowboarding at Angel Fire Resort. All the amenities worked great, grill cooked well, nothing was broken, hot tub felt clean and maintained the temp, as well as the condo itself staying very warm even though the temperature was in the teens and single digits for most of our stay. We will always keep this listing in mind when coming to Angel Fire. Thank you again Olga!

Michelle’s place is perfect for your Taos landing. Walking to the village. Short drive to skiing, Comfortable and well provisioned. She’s very responsive too. We can’t wait to come back!

we had a great few days at India's. The place was just as expected. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the hot tub only because we ran out of time. Arroyo Seco is a 2 min drive and has wonderful restaurants and shops. We spent more time there than in Taos, which was unexpected. I would recommend this property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We were there after Christmas and all the cute Christmas decorations made it even cozier! The host has anything and everything you could possibly need on vacation. They left cute little goodies for us that we enjoyed during our stay! I would highly suggest this cabin as your winter get away.

I've stayed at a LOT of Airbnbs. This was the best one by several powers of ten. It's so relaxing, quiet, beautiful, and comfortable. We spent almost a whole week there and just felt... easy. It's close to everything but feels so far away. We did a lot in the area, but we could have spent the whole week in the unit and still had a really nice time. Do yourself a favor, and book this one.

The house is great! Wonderful location, great space. Loved having an extra living area and big table in the dining room. Everything was as described and there was everything we needed in the house for the tine we were there. It is a great place to stay!

Jospeh and Megan were super-responsive and the property exceeded expectations. Large, private, secure yard (great for dogs!), tranquil stream burbling just steps from the porch, great hot tub, roaring fireplace with plenty of firewood, and a cook's dream kitchen. It's quite apparent that the hosts didn't cut corners on their renovation of this exquisite cabin, just 8 minutes or so from the heart of Taos. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing cabin in an amazing location and we had no trouble getting there in our 2WD van using chains with the dirt road covered in ice and snow. It was the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed in, including a literal ton of firewood! The only knock was lack of privacy with 2 neighbors directly adjacent with line of sight, but that’s nbd. We will be back!

It was an impressive house and fascinating to learn about earthships. The views were awesome and exactly what we wanted. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed, very well maintained. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Dan

If you are looking for a quiet, serene and beautiful place to unwind, this is it. Very spacious and comfortable inside with great star gazing--either outside or through the many windows. The scenery is incredible and lots of space to go for hikes on the property. Marion was a great host and easy to communicate with...would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay and will be back! The only thing to note is that the home is right off the road so there is some road noise.

Dogs loved it! And Michael was very helpful with great advice (such as best place to go skying based on what we were looking for), very comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchen, great overall stay! Looking forward to going back!

We had an amazing stay for our Taos ski vacation. The place was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot tub was perfection after a long day of skiing and the views around the house were stunning especially the star gazing. Definitely will come back next time we’re at Taos!! Thank you!!!

the Rock Art Retreat was absolutely gorgeous! Very peaceful and relaxing tucked away in the foothills, while having great access to downtown Taos and the Ski Valley

The house is located on a peaceful road (watch out for those potholes!) right off the main highway through town. Spacious and nicely laid out, it offered plenty of space for our family of four and our two dogs. The hot tub and fenced backyard were especially wonderful. The furnishings were well loved but comfortable. Ross’s instructions were clear and helpful, and he was very kind and communicative through our stay. We would stay again.

We were happy to have stayed in this little casita during the cold snowy days, and it felt like a dream! The wood stove warmed us up so nicely, the views from the windows were breathtaking, and the peacefulness of the land was just what we needed. We met the neighbors dogs who are very sweet and friendly, as well as the neighbor herself. Taylor’s home feels just like that - a home. You can tell she put a lot of love into it, details in the decor and little aspects of her own life adventures. Because it got so cold the hot water in the kitchen briefly stopped working, but her response was quick and kind and it was fixed the same day. Would highly recommend this space for anyone wanting to sit under the stars and feel secluded ✨
