Thanks to the detailed instructions and photos, this townhouse was easy to find. I loved the dedicated parking space. The outside was well-lit, and everything felt very safe. This is a great location, easily accessible by car/Uber to downtown events locations. This home has plenty of space, and is very clean! We travel to Seattle regularly for games and concerts, and we have absolutely bookmarked this home as our go-to place to stay!

If you're looking for restful and accommodating in Seattle, this place is it! The neighborhood is easily walkable, and off street parking is a bonus in Seattle. Inside, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean, and the fireplace is so cozy. Thanks for a lovely stay, Mary!

Host was very responsive when there were any questions and was very accommodating with check-in and check-out.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Awesome location, close to everything! Public transportation was so convenient. The place is right next to all the good food in cap hill. We enjoyed our stay greatly and appreciated the clear instructions. I can see the host is a very thoughtful and detailed person through the set up of the airbnb. Ali’s place was the perfect place for me as I helped my youngest move from home, a few states away, to the U District. It’s cozy and private, with easy access to all the neighborhoods in the Seattle core. Ali was quick to respond to my few questions during the stay. I plan to stay there again when I come back to visit.

Host was responsive and easy to reach. Area was perfect for our needs and our dog. School/park nearby. Unit was clean and ready for us with a welcome light on. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor. Definitely not the place for you if you have mobility issues . It was quiet at night which was a plus and the bed was comfortable .

Our family had a great holiday weekend stay at Hana’s place in West Seattle. The location is perfect—street parking is plentiful and free, and both Alki Beach and tons of cool shops and restaurants are with an easy 5 minute drive. The unit itself is pristine with everything you could want for your stay. Having a pack and play for the baby was a great touch. The weather wasn’t conducive to using the rooftop patio, but that seems like a great spot for dinner or hanging out in the warmer months. 5 stars, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Such a nice place. Used the bedroom/bathroom on the top floor. The mattress was very comfortable and loved the shower! Ashley was very helpful and responsive! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

This townhome is brand new and tastefully decorated! The layout is very convenient and allowed our teenagers and us to each have plenty of our own space. It is such a great location, a beautiful and quiet street just blocks to the water front or hip coffee shops and restaurants of West Seattle! It was perfect for us!

We had a Celebration of Life for a family member over the weekend, and we stayed at Izzy and Emmy's place. It was perfect for us. The location was great and the place had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice and affordable. Location is what it is, but what I will say is the ability to get to any of the major medical centers in 5 minutes or less is why we stayed in this location. Host was great house was awesome and served as a nice home base for me and the wife.

Was pretty great, easy walk to the link station to get anywhere in Seattle! Def would book again. I wasn’t expecting it to be like 5 flights of stairs but super cute!

The rental was perfect for us. It was a very last minute booking, yet the place was clean and ready. The attention to details really makes this one stand out. We were able to fit our small suv rental in the garage for our stay, and everything was walkable, including the monorail. We did have a slight confusion on which door was the correct unit, so just pay attention to the unit numbers and the directions.

Great simple place, clean & comfy. Quick communication & super easy check in/out. The one nitpick was the showers being a little tepid, even for the first person showering in the morning. Otherwise, had everything we needed with no complaints.

We spent five weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculately clean upon arrival and well-equipped for a long visit. The AC in the master bedroom and the living room was a welcome relief during the hot summer days. Both beds, in the master and guest bedrooms, were comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated with many plants and is also highly practical. The kitchen is well-stocked and has a lot of appliances like a rice cooker. We loved the Japanese toilet. The central location made it convenient, with most destinations only 20 minutes away by car. Street parking was easier than we thought, and we generally found a spot within minutes. Trevor and Lizzy were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, modern, relaxed, airy, and clean. A wonderful basecamp in Seattle. We came for the hospital, but this would be an amazing place to stay for any visit to the city. Amanda and Nick were easy to get ahold of, even though we didn't ever need to. Everything was well put together and exactly as described.

This rental was very cozy and clean in a wonderful location. The view from the roof deck is spectacular. Bedrooms are a little tight, but beds are comfy with heat/ac controls in each room. Water pressure for showers is solid. House was simple to find with clear instructions. Communication with the owner, Faizan was spectacular. He made it clear he was available but as not overwhelming in any way. Any needs such as towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, coffee were provided by the homeowner. Parking can be slightly tricky at night, but it’s honestly not a problem big enough to keep me away. I will not hesitate to stay at this wonderful home again. Thank you!!

Devin’s place was in a great location and exactly as described. We could walk to Central Cinema among other places. We stayed a week and had a great time.

Great Townhouse with fantastic views from the rooftop. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a 3 week stay while relocating for work. The instructions for how to find it and parking were accurate. If your car isn't compact with a tight turning radius, then park on the street (it's a very narrow driveway and can be a challenge getting in and out depending on how people park on the street). Don't leave anything valuable in your car. Close to downtown and easy to get to other parts of town from there. Great Stay. Eva and Sid were great hosts.
