You will be at the heart of Lower Queen Anne in this new, comfortable, and modernly furnished apartment. You cannot beat the location for access to downtown, Climate Pledge Arena, The Space Needle (visible from the rooftop!), and waterfront park. Just as described. Fantastic location walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Perfect home base for Climate Pledge Arena activities. Parking in the building was a breeze and spacious (at least for a Mazda cx-30). And the rooftop has the same view as Kerry Park within the hike up the hill. Reviews note the building is older and the apartment is near the lobby- if you’re looking for silence, it’s probably not the right choice. But excellent location and space for our needs.

Great place to stay in Seattle. Close to downtown area/public market, and very close to the Capitol Hill area. Location is top notch especially with the beautiful surrounding. Overall, would definitely stay here if I'm back in the area. Also Madrona village is a block away, beautiful area.

Alyssa’s place is perfect for 2 people. There is a small hide a bed but we didn’t need it. The place is compact but comfortable. Nice kitchen. We didn’t eat in but it’s well equipped so we could have. Beautiful view of downtown Seattle. Alki beach is a short walk. We had breakfast at Harry’s Beach house twice. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. There's a large main room with a kitchen and living area, as well as a separate bedroom and bath. The place is not cluttered, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The off-street parking was invaluable. The hosts were very responsive and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Host allowed us early check in and greeted us outside when we arrived. Place was immaculate but what impressed me the most was the amenities that was provide that i never saw anywhere else. Keurig coffee, creamer, sugar, ramen, oatmeal, soda, water, spices, cooking oil, toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, floss,, shaving cream and razor, and even Listerine. It was like staying at Auntie's for a few days. Glad I didn't stay downtown and dela with high rent, no parking, and homeless people. Was only 20 minutes away so well worth the time to drive there. Glad I took the advice of the other guests and would definitely stay again on the future. Thanks Edith!

We really appreciated this beautiful Airbnb in Ruston. It was walkable to Point Ruston and had the most beautiful big window and view of Commencement Bay. But really it was the little things that made our stay so lovely. The host provided binoculars for wildlife viewing, individual condiments (no one ever wants to use someone else's condiments), a sleep machine and high quality toiletries in the bathroom. My husband is still raving about the towels and the comfortable couch! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
