Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Swannanoa

House was exactly as described, very clean, neat, loved the screen porch area, felt very homey. Philip was very responsive from check in to check out, couldn't ask for better host. Home was very accommodating to our family, easy check in & simple check out. Thanks for allowing us to stay and if we are ever back in the area we would stay here again.

This property is stunning. The windows are enchanting and the decor is simple, clean, and modern, but also adorably trendy. You can access incredible hikes nearby and this home is only about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. One of the most beautiful places I have ever gotten to see, never mind stay in. Also, the host thinks of everything before you get there and is so thorough with directions.

Lisa and Michael's place was everything they advertised. it was extremely clean and comfortable!

Our extended family of 13 had a peaceful, relaxing, and wonderful stay! The pictures don't do the house/cabin and surrounding property justice. The rope swing, swing, and tire swing were a huge hit with the kids - they were addicted to the rope swing! (Even the teens managed to break away from their tech and play on the creek!) The towels to use for the creek were a nice touch. This location made it really easy to get to Asheville, Black Mountain, and Brevard. It was unanimous that all of us would love to return! It was a much needed retreat and respite for all of us!

If I could give Ronald and Amy 6 stars, I would! We stayed at Red Roof Cottage for a few days over New Years and it was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located in town and closely located to amenities. It was comfortable and inviting, they even had a Christmas tree up! They had also stocked the fridge with everything you need to make breakfast on your first day, a bottle of wine and items for a nice charcuterie tray, as well as supplies for s'mores around the firepit. They have thought of "all the little things"! They were also super responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay with Ronald and Amy again and will be sure to tell my friends!

Beautiful property and stunning views. My husband and I enjoyed every second of it. My dog loved all the freedom, none of us wanted to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at the house - it was perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway to Asheville. It was very conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown, but the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and the main living space was a great communal area for our group. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!

This place is absolutely stunning ! The best spacious layout and super clean . The neighborhood is safe quiet! Our family loved our stay and it was a super easy short drive to downtown Asheville which was where we were working. Jessica is an awesome host ! We give this place 10 stars!!!!

Rodney is a kind and gracious host, he was helpful and friendly. The apartment was easy to be in, the back deck was nice and fairly private with lovely fireflies at this time of year. I was able to have Zoom meetings out there at a table with an umbrella which I loved. The kitchen had what I needed to be comfortable and do most of my own cooking for a three-day stay. The area is quiet and feels very safe.

This is a great place to stay in Old Fort. Alison was very attentive and there is plenty of sleeping space for parents and children. Old Fort's Main Street is only 5 mins away, but the neighborhood is quiet with plenty of space to walk and explore. I will definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin, the best reviews about Mike's place hardly do it justice. The views of the mountain from the deck are breathtaking and even partially visible from the comfort of the bedroom and kitchen windows. The hammock on the deck with the mountain scape backdrop is perfect for reading or dozing off to the sounds of nature. The place was easy to get to, easy to access, immaculately clean, and stacked with more than enough toiletries and essentials. Mikes recommendation of nearby eateries and things to do was right on point and enjoyable for the Asheville local and visitor alike. Mike was incredibly responsive and so graciously accommodated my departure time. It was an amazing stay, pleasant, peaceful and fun. Thanks so much Mike and I can't wait to stay at your place again.

Entry was a little uncomfortable for us seniors but we were glad not to have the upper unit. The unit was comfortable-cute layout. Every inch of space used. Kitchen area was small but adequate. There was everything we needed. Comfortable bathroom and bedroom, including the king sized bed. Some natural light inspire of it being a basement. The outdoor space was beautiful. The birds and signs of early spring were uplifting. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was tempting. Great dinner and breakfast were both within walking distance. Good stay!

We had a great weekend stay at Susan’s place! Very spacious. Comfy bed. Clean. It was great having water bottles and coffee available to us. Brought our dog Millie too, the yard was convenient. And the hot tub was great after a cold afternoon at the Biltmore!

Our stay was great! There's plenty to do in Hendersonville, with some great restaurants (our favorites were Umi and Hen dough) and fun little shops to pop in to. There's also Asheville nearby and some good hiking trails as well. The cabin itself has a really nice vibe, and the fireplace and hot tub work well too. Some Air BnBs go a little too far with eccentric decor, but this place feels very tasteful while still being unique. Kaitlyn was also responsive with helping us out with a few things, and gave us multiple opportunities to contact her if we needed anything. Overall it was a great time, and we would love to come back - maybe with some friends next time!

The Lady and I stayed here in May of 23 and loved it so much we decided to come back (engaged this time otw up). We will continue to come back as long as possible and recommend anyone else to do the same. The surrounding woods are gorgeous and peaceful and not too far away from town or any hiking or sights.
